The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. We loved the quiet yet central location, and the private underground parking was an outstanding benefit during our stay.

Great location, walking distance to the city center, but also easy to drive around if you come by car, and close to the metro and bus stop. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, with freshly squeezed orange juice, multiple kinds of cheese, yoghurt, cereals, and pastries.
Underground parking is very convenient, even if a bit tight. However, with careful manoeuvres, we were able to park the SUV that the rental agency gave us when the small city car we booked turned out to be unavailable.
A small kettle to make tea or coffee in the room would be a nice addition. However, you can order coffee and tea at the bar located by the reception, and a minibar is also available in the room.

We travel by train and selected this hotel for its location midway between the station and the historic centre. Our room exceeded our expectations, the bed was comfortable and the shower room excellent. Helpful receptionist stored our bags for us as we arrived before check in time. Soundproofing was good too.
Just the WiFi needed a bit more power.

The location is perfect, the room comfortable & the staff pleasant.
The hotel reception was closed & the hotel was locked until 16:00 hrs. This was inconvenient as we were unable to Check-In. We were also disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed because it was a Sunday.
The hotel has no air conditioning. This meant we needed the room windows open to keep the temperature cool. However, from about 04:00 our sleep was disturbed by loud road noise.
