The perfect hotel in an ideal location for all attractions within the City.

The room layout was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful when we arrived late in the evening, with our young toddlers. They were extremely hospitable in allowing us to sit in the restaurant and order a meal before closing. The staff were all extremely helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very good location and well appointed rooms.

The location close to the station and the metro was perfect for us to see the city and do day trips by train. There were eating options near the station and it was easy to get into the old centre for dinner. The room was spacious and well designed with good storage and a nice bathroom. The room and facilities were in good condition, apart from the bed. It was a good place to stay for several days

The double bed was two singles pushed together and both felt worn out. As a double it had two hollows and a lump in the middle and was very uncomfortable.

Receptionist very miserable when I checked in, not helpful at all when I asked for directions to the parking. It wasn't stated on booking.com that you had to select time slots for the pool - not really ideal

Arrived early and was able to check in straightaway. Staff were very helpful sorting out the on site parking and charging of my car moving from a faulty unit to one that worked. Modern room with a good shower and useful facilities

Excellent location, a very short walk to the train station.

I was upgraded to an Exec Room, thank you. But the room was absolutely bare in terms of toiletries - not even a bar of soap. Did not expect this for a 4-star property. Room temperature is not adjustable. Did not use any amenities. There was no staff around when I checked out at 5:30am.

It is very close to the train and bus station, and the room was big and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

The room had two floors, but there was only one A/C outlet (downstairs). So it was very hot upstairs (where the bed was). I had been asked to provide a credit card by email or phone before my checkin because I would arrive at night (it had never happened before, as I already provide a credit card through booking.com). I had to call the hotel, when they informed me that it was not necessary.

the swimming pool was great. a little tricky to find at first. nicely located next to the science museum, library and cinema.

too hot in the room even when turning down the temperate. bed not comfortable, instead of one whole bed two beds are put together. not great wine selection and food poor standards. felt short of staff at dinner so it took a long time to order. very corporate, not for me.
