Very well located in Rennes, a lovely 10-15 minute walk to really lovely cafes and restaurants. The staff were so pleasant and check in was seemless. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean. The steam room was such a lovely addition and we availed of it! We arrived by car and it was easy enough to find parking (paid), but there are several different parking zones near the hotel.
The tv is slightly outdated and it has no english news channels. This is not a big complaint but in every other hotel we stayed in we could either stream or get one english news channel.

The room layout was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful when we arrived late in the evening, with our young toddlers. They were extremely hospitable in allowing us to sit in the restaurant and order a meal before closing. The staff were all extremely helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Nothing was poor in this hotel. Everything exceeded our expactations.

The location close to the station and the metro was perfect for us to see the city and do day trips by train. There were eating options near the station and it was easy to get into the old centre for dinner.
The room was spacious and well designed with good storage and a nice bathroom. The room and facilities were in good condition, apart from the bed.
It was a good place to stay for several days
The double bed was two singles pushed together and both felt worn out. As a double it had two hollows and a lump in the middle and was very uncomfortable.
