A good stay if you find a good price

Pros: Warm welcome upon arrival, helpful staff. Complimentary water offered at check in. Newly renovated room. Comfortable bed. Outlets at bedside night table level for cell phone charging. In room coffee station with Nespresso machine. Sitting nook. Bathroom modern, but a bit particular as two walls are of glass, efficient even if a tad small. I didn’t use spa facilities, so I cannot comment on them.

Cons: Carpet in room, No hooks for bathrobe or towels in bathroom lack of temporary parking to unload suitcases, position of hotel on one-way street that Google is unable to correctly take you to.

well located, will return

The location is great especially to collect a hire car and the train and metro. Some good bakeries close by so we ate breakfast there. Room was decent and clean, met our needs.

WiFi just didn’t work during our entire 4day stay, this was an issue as we had online meetings so if this is an issue please call ahead and check if this was fixed

Overall a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff

Great location, very comfortable and charming g staff

Disappointing that the hamam wasn’t working for two out of three days we were staying. It advertises as a spa hotel, so surprised no explanation was to given as to why it wasn’t working or when it would be fixed.

Great Hotel!

It was great, lovely and clean, modern and great leisure facilities. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, location was great and staff very polite and helpful. We used the pool and its associated facilities hot tub, sauna and they were excellent a great addition to the overall services including g drinks at the bar!

Lovely room, great location but difficult staff

Great location, lovely room and beautiful little swim pool (with pool trainer!)

My car was taken in a lift to an underground garage which they were refusing to operate in the early morning so I could get to the port for my ferry. I had to threaten to pack up and leave the hotel the night before in order for the staff to think of a viable plan (which ultimately was easy). Also, the gym was the hottest one I had ever been it. It was not designed for actual training and there was no AC.

Excellent hotel in central Rennes, a great value.

We were welcomed by front desk staff who helped us park, helped us with our bags and our check in with incredible kindness, patience and courtesy. A great experience overall.

Good location and great staff

The room was spacious, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. It is very conveniently located.

There wasn’t availability to book massages, because the spa is opened to non-residents which is not ideal. The main issue that needs improvement is breakfast which was disappointing for a 4* hotel: very limited variety and nothing vegan-friendly (except bread, fruit, and confitures).

A 3 star not 4 star experience

Rooms were modern and clean I order room service one evening and thought it was good quality and reasonably priced

The reason I chose this hotel over other similar properties was to use the jacuzzi but was informed during my stay that it was out of service which was very disappointing. When I had problems connecting to WiFi and I asked reception I was informed that WiFi won’t connect to “foreign laptops” which was crazy. With the spa not working, this doesn’t have amenities to qualify as 4 star property.

Well the only downside was the entrance of car park was not clear, it is a one-way lane for Bus only so it took us sometime to find the entrance but no harm at all.

Convenient location, spacious room, lovely breakfast, helpful staff.

Terrible wifi, didn’t handle our parking reservation properly, resulting in having to park at a different hotel one night. They were very sorry about the mixup and didn’t charge us for any parking.

A great place to stay in the centre of Rennes if you want really friendly helpful service, and great facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had free use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and sauna for an hour each day. The parking facilities were excellent with a lift which took your car down to the basement, and even a turntable to help you get out. The room was bright and clean and well equipped.

To use the free Wi-Fi, you had to keep reconnecting and putting in the log-in and password every time you turned off your phone. The swimming pool etc was open 9am-11pm. I think 7am-9pm would have been better. I would have enjoyed an early morning swim.

Excellent hotel and great value for money with amazing staff.

The room was very clean and spacious, the staff were always helpful and courteous, and they helped us to find restaurants and sites to visit. Very polite and understanding. Amazing hotel and will go again for sure for the third time.

There was a race when we arrived and restricted access but the hotel contacted us to advise us what to do to avoid the restricted access to the hotel.

It's good stay for one night

We stayed there night on our way to Mont St. Michels. We arrived late and left in a morning so we didn't have to try their spa facility. It's 5 min walk from train station. A room is small but comfort and has everything you needed. Staffs were friendly.

We got a room on street side (same street we walked from train station), it was quite at night. But in early morning you can hear everything from street, such as people taking or dragging their luggage, car driving.
