Location and centrally located
We originally were in a room with a balcony, however, the air conditioning was not working. Staff originally gave us a fan for the room and advised we could move rooms which we did. The room given was an apparent upgrade. This was not the case, first floor room, no balcony and the noises at night of everyone flushing the toilets or shower was running all we could hear was the water in the pipes.

Rooms were modern and clean
I order room service one evening and thought it was good quality and reasonably priced
The reason I chose this hotel over other similar properties was to use the jacuzzi but was informed during my stay that it was out of service which was very disappointing.
When I had problems connecting to WiFi and I asked reception I was informed that WiFi won’t connect to “foreign laptops” which was crazy.
With the spa not working, this doesn’t have amenities to qualify as 4 star property.
