Lovely reception staff

The reception staff were excellent, pleasant and friendly. Had a problem with my laptop and they went out of their way to help me. Also gave me directions to catch the bus into Rennes centre. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy no complaints. Breakfast was plentiful every morning.

I didn't like that a lot of hotels now have removed the coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. Why? It will only make travellers resort to tea heaters and cups as we use too. This is a industry problem not directed at this hotel.

A lot of money for a cramped room and narrow beds

Location was convenient for a stop over and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as we had to leave early but it looked amazing.

Considering it's a stop over type motel, sleep comfort is priority, but the beds were so narrow, you couldn't turn over for fear of falling off (and I'm a standard width!). Room was tiny.

1. They have water dispenser in lobby!!!!!!! (Hot / warm / cold!!!) 2. Quite a good location, right next to the bus stop, and the bus go straight to city center and train station 3. They have car park (tho I don't drive)

1. Shower room a bit too small, will hit the wall if you move too much 2. Not a very big room, but can't complain too much with such price 3. The cleaning lady keep opening our door every hour in the morning when we just want to get a good sleep...

Good access from major routes Good levels for me with a bad leg property was clean. good choice at breakfast. getting a cup of tea was an ordeal! could find breakfast tea, then couldn’t open packaging and teapot lid didn’t fit. just to get a cup of tea!

bathroom is awful and tap in shower dangerous. shower so small you knock the shower to scalding if you move. felt like staying in a caravan decor is tired.

It was clean other than the smelly toilet and easy to find

I thought that the breakfast was very expensive with a very poor choice for more than ten euros. The bathroom door would not close. The toilet smelled and made noise All night.

The staff was super friendly, both thr Lady and the Gentleman. They even put our foodbags to the fridge. Clean rooms, quiet location.

3 nuits avec une 1ere chambre où il n’y avait aucune pression, juste un filet de la pomme de douche 2eme et 3eme nuit dans 1 chambre sans eau chaude le 2eme soir et le matin et aussi pas d’eau chaude ce matin !

Sortie spectale au centre de Rennes.

Hotel situé en face de l'arrêt Sauvaie de la ligne C1 en direction de Chantepie. Très pratique et sécurisant pour le retour en fin de soirée après un spectacle !! Bus prevus jusqu'à 0h30 environ pour le retour !!

L’isolation des chambres est catastrophique. On entend tout depuis le couloir et vice versa. Pendant la nuit on entend les vibrations de téléphone depuis les autres chambres. Le chauffage fonctionne à son bon vouloir

Comme d'habitude, hôtel agréable, chambre assez spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Rapport qualité-prix assez bon. Restaurant : carte, menus et vins intéressants, pour 24 € les 3 plats

Le petit-déjeuner est certes très pourvu en choix, mais cette profusion le rend cher : 14 € Restaurant : un changement de carte serait opportun !
