Lovely clean, comfortable, air conditioned room. Hotel in a great location, very central. Members of staff were excellent, Llouna on Reception couldn't have done more for us. She called a dog friendly restaurant along the road and made dinner arrangements for us.
Driving down into the underground car park was a bit hair- raising the first time, but we soon were used to it. Driving up and out was easier for some inexplicable reason! The lights were on a motion sensor so if you took too long getting luggage from your car, you were plunged into darkness a bit sooner than was helpful. If the timings could be adjusted slightly, our stay would be even better next time. In the meantime, future travellers, have the flashlight on your phone ready.

Car Parking. I had a 4 series BMW - I would never take anything bigger than a Golf down that spiral ramp again ! - though the staff did help guide me out

Good position in the town
Everything was very good
The coffee at breakfast was a bit of a let down as it was a self service machine so disappointing coffee but otherwise good breakfast.
