Convenient place to stay off the ring road

Evening meal and breakfast were both fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Plus it was near a supermarket so we could stock up for our holiday the next day.

Good hotel, but with complacent management

A good hotel with a good restaurant. The room was comfortable and well appointed with an acceptable worktop. Excellent for stopover on returning from Switzerland to Roscoff.

Handicapped access to the hotel is via a long concrete ramp, which although perfectly adequate, is difficult for those with reduced mobility to negotiate with cases. I stayed at this hotel in June, and pointed out that the baggage trolleys are inconveniently located on a mezzanine, level stored under a staircase, a location from which they are difficult to retrieve (see photograph). On neither my first visit nor my last visit, did the receptionist tell me about the storage area for the trolleys, despite the fact that I was using a walking stick - I only learned about this by observation on my first visit. My comments in June were that the trolleys should be kept in the entrance lobby, where they are immediately visible to disabled guests when they arrive. The hotel management commented that they would "review how we can improve the visibility and placement of our luggage trolleys", but sadly there has been no change. I stayed at several Novotels and Mercure Hotels during my trip, and all provided luggage trolleys that were stored in the entrance lobbies.

Nice hotel, but more consideration needed for the handicapped

The luggage trolleys are hidden beneath a staircase and are not easily found. As I have mobility issues, and this made my entry into the hotel difficult. The trolleys should be left in the hotel entrance lobby, as they are in most hotels

The building and the parking lot were very spacious. The rooms, restaurant and lobby areas were also very cool. Absolutely recommended for the families. Staffs were very kind and welcoming. Thanks.

Clean, comfy tasty and friendly - but don't expect perfection.

The breakfast was diverse and plentiful. For sure upper tier of all of my 30+ years of international travel. I also liked the access to quality water near the lift. The bed was comfortable, room clean and they respected my ecological wishes to recycle / reuse towels.

The room's AC unit was not functional. The fan worked, but the air could not be cooled. Thankfully, I could open the window to cool off. The staff are nice enough, but were all young and could not offer much in terms of concierge service: recommendations to eat, etc. Also, the online menu advertised the restaurant opening at 6:30pm, but we were told it opened only at 7pm. Those responsible may wish to reconcile this discrepancy. Finally, the coffee and tea options were impressively diverse, but sweetener was not replenished when fistfuls of sugar were dropped in the bowl meant to contain both.

The bed was extremely uncomfortably. We booked the hotel because it had a swimming pool, this was actually closed at the time of our stay & we weren’t informed of this until we arrived & checked in.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, good facilities

Breakfast was badly organised. Staff weren’t on top of clearing tables so we had to sit at an uncleared table. Despite staff realising this the table wasn’t cleared until we eventually asked and even then dirty dishes were removed but it wasn’t wiped. I’ve never experienced such bad service. I mentioned this on checkout and more or less got a shrug

The hotel has a large gated free parking, an affordable restaurant. I was also surprised how quiet the surroundings were. The rooms were spacious and clean

Outside swimming pool was not heated, problems at the checkin because at first they did not want to give us the rooms we booked (bed plus sleeping couch). Later we did get them

A lovely hotel. Ideal for a stop over to Saint Malo. On site parking was very good and a nice meal in the evening. The menu was a little limited but good all the same. We would definitely stay again.
