Joan was a fabulous & lovely host, very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were great, free parking, comfortable beds, powerful shower, generally a lovely space with everything functioning well. Loved our stay.

Very handy for the airport being within walking distance and despite being next to a busy road we were hardly aware of any noise. Good reception on arrival and the lady directed us where to park our car in the very small car park. We enjoyed the fact that we could walk easily to the terminal where the Metro station is there for a quick and efficient transit into Newcastle centre. This provided us with a pleasant evening visit as there is little else in the immediate area of interest.
Room very small and bed a little too firm for my liking but that's just my preference.

Could hear tv and voices from other rooms.
Tv in the room was very high on the wall, had lots of black marks.
The locks seemed dodgy and difficult to unlock at times
