Good location for a pleasant sleep before an early flight.

Travel to the hotel by Metro made life easy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was well presented and of good quality. The restaurant was quiet, relaxing and the staff were unobtrusive. The room was adequate but I was surprised that no USB were available. The headboard was damage and to be fair the room needs to be refurbished. The airport departures is a short 5 minute walk.

Great beds and great location for the airport terminal. Reception staff and restaurant staff very attentive and helpful.

Food in restaurant still a long way short of pre Covid. That’s the quality of the food. One of the two lifts must have been out of order for several months now.

Great Airport hotel, and location

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Bed very comfortable and we all slept well. Room was quiet and bathroom was small but clean with a good shower. We were seated by the fire for breakfast, as I we had older relatives with us this was great, as consideration was taken for their warmth and their ability to access the buffet. Staff were helpful. We also requested an extra blanket which was delivered quickly and with a smile.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Tea was not in a pot so didn't stay hot by the time I had got my breakfast (as was helping older relatives). Pastries were cold and not warmed. Cooked breakfast was so, bacon was good but sausages weren't the best quality. Good selection of juices. Would have liked to have been offered an omelette or poached eggs.

Convenient and clean but let down by breakfast .

Location excellent when arriving in early hours of morning on a flight. Bed was comfortable . Snacks in room ideal and plenty for people who had been travelling .

Breakfast . Little choice when we went . Sound travelled very easily . Conversations in reception could be heard in our room . This is not welcome in the early hours of the morning .

The WiFi was atrocious, we stayed for two nights and could not connect to anything! Smart TV were not smart! No Netflix or YouTube and Harley any channels worked! Lastly, we visited the bar on Saturday evening at 10:45, it closed for cash at 11 to be rudely told but a supervisor (I think) she would allow us one drink with cash as she had cashed up! Even her team looked embarrassed! Due to poor connectivity in the hotel, I couldn’t even transfer funds to pay via card. We paid £240 and if I am honest, disappointed. Nice beds though!

We had an very spacious room on the second floor overlooking the airport and metro station. Very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect; iron kettle safe hairdryer etc. Excellent breakfast.
