Amazing value for money and practically located at checkin!

I absolutely loved my stay. From the minute I arrived the staff were very welcoming, the room spacious, bed amazing and the best pillows I've ever had at a hotel anywhere! Soft sheets etc. Full size fridge for my wine bottle, tea coffee and even hot chocolate in the room. The list goes on. Bar and restaurant looked good but I didn't try on this occasion. Location perfect 1 min walk to check in. Look forward to staying again.

The decor is getting a bit worn but design and quality of furniture very good so this didn't matter and very clean.

The breakfast was average.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was cold. We couldn’t alter the room temperature. We advised the reception staff who said they could modify the temparate range. This option failed.bWe had to ask for a portable heater. There was no T.V. remote control in the room so had to request one.

The restaurant didn’t have a wide selection for non meat eaters but the food was hot and tasty! Breakfast was excellent and well recommended with your stay.

Very pleased with the quality of my room for the price, a lot more luxury for an airport hotel.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and and felt like old fashioned luxury. Everything worked as it should and perfect coffee and tea facilities including a large welcome cookie.

A nice start to our holiday.

We left early in morning. We had a nice drink and snack in bar in evening. Only fault you have taken the chicken wrap off the menu!!! our favourite. Also the Barmans favourite. A very peaceful nights sleep. Thank you.

Wasn’t possible for a friend to drop me back in the evenings very easily - no where to stop Very noisy in corridors from about 2am - 2 mornings I could hear a lot of banging on doors Waiting staff at restaurant variable some very attentive and efficient, others half asleep 😂, lack lustre. Food arrived quickly and was ok but for price not great. Found it quite bland, oily. Didn’t enjoy breakfast especially for the extra cost not included Ended up going out to breakfast which was amazing fresh prepared GF and great coffee for less £

Room very dated, in need of renovation, peeling paintwork and not as clean as we would have liked. Very noisy air con unit kept us awake. Poor shower pressure.

Good location for a pleasant sleep before an early flight.

Travel to the hotel by Metro made life easy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was well presented and of good quality. The restaurant was quiet, relaxing and the staff were unobtrusive. The room was adequate but I was surprised that no USB were available. The headboard was damage and to be fair the room needs to be refurbished. The airport departures is a short 5 minute walk.

Comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

Great beds and great location for the airport terminal. Reception staff and restaurant staff very attentive and helpful.

Food in restaurant still a long way short of pre Covid. That’s the quality of the food. One of the two lifts must have been out of order for several months now.

Great Airport hotel, and location

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Bed very comfortable and we all slept well. Room was quiet and bathroom was small but clean with a good shower. We were seated by the fire for breakfast, as I we had older relatives with us this was great, as consideration was taken for their warmth and their ability to access the buffet. Staff were helpful. We also requested an extra blanket which was delivered quickly and with a smile.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Tea was not in a pot so didn't stay hot by the time I had got my breakfast (as was helping older relatives). Pastries were cold and not warmed. Cooked breakfast was so, bacon was good but sausages weren't the best quality. Good selection of juices. Would have liked to have been offered an omelette or poached eggs.
