Caroline could not have been more helpful. I arrived late (travelling all day) & she was so kind. The room was super clean and comfortable with little thoughtful touches. Conveniently located but quiet.

Of all the guest houses or B&Bs I have ever stayed in, Rosebank is my favorite. The room was lovely and the entire facility was exceptionally clean. Caroline goes above and beyond to make you feel most welcome and comfortable. She is very kind, friendly, professional and so very helpful and knowledgeable making your visit extra special. Rosebank is conveniently located and is within walking distance to local attractions, shops and a variety of restaurants. I highly recommend Rosebank Guest House for a perfect stay in Perth!
