Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant throughout our visit; from reception to the bar and waitress staff, everyone was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.
They went out of their way to accommodate my dog, which made the stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. It was lovely to feel genuinely welcome with a pet.
The food in the bar was also excellent, with great-quality meals and very good service. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return.
The only negative during our stay was that the bathroom was a little dated and could do with a freshen up. However, this did not take away from the overall experience, as everything else was excellent.

Clean rooms and public areas.
Judging by my own room (204) individual rooms at Perth appear to be due a refurbishment. The carpet in my room was threadbare. The ventilation of the room was compromised by the broken catch on the window. I was anticipating a nice relaxing bath after spending a week camping but this was not to be! The bathtaps were not functioning, leaving the shower as the only option. These issues reflected poorly on the otherwise good standard that I experienced at the hotel. I would appreciate some feedback on the points I have raised. Thank you.
