Comfortable room. Breakfast good, plenty choice and well cooked. Staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming.
Room was very warm and window didn’t stay open.

The building itself is gorgeous & has a great history. The location was great and there was car parking right at the door for £7 a night which was great as we were travelling with a rental car.
The breakfast options were pretty decent and included in the price of our stay, which we also thought was extremely reasonable.
Chloe at reception was a delight
The water pressure wasn’t great, but given how old the building is, can be overlooked & didn’t affect the overall stay

Staff were very helpful.
Facilities were excellent.
Breakfast was delicious.
All good a minor grumble was that i couldnt watch tv with the bedroom door open.

Spotless, staff amazing and polite, great central locstat
Small things really but have to mention, prestige room fab no sugar for coffee, minor I know but small points matter, next breakfast was awesome , however the one coffee machine for a full house at breakfast just isn’t enough, waited for scrambled egg gone as soon as it came, needs more on a few other items, orange juice ran out, again due to the numbers
