Decent place, but the room and the bathroom were very small.

The staff were friendly, and the parking was spacious. The location was decent, 15 min walk to the city centre of Pert.

The room was tiny, and the bathroom was even smaller. It was so small, I could not even find a place to store my cosmetics.

Location was excellent, ideal for walking into the city but also quiet. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Our breakfast was lovely, we picked what we wanted the night before and it was served just after we arrived in the dining room at our chosen time.

Beautiful hotel - highly recommend

Room was really lovely - super spacious and the bed was really comfy. Staff were so helpful and went over and above. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, selection of cereal as followed by a cooked breakfast. Would really recommend - a lovely stay

Pleasant hotel, check in was quick, staff member was friendly enough, didn't have breakfast or dinner there.

Very good B and B but not much of an atmosphere

Kippers were very good ( And the black pudding) but should have been presented with tomatoes. Seemed parsimonious. Room was okay - good outlook. Clean and well presented room. Staff friendly and amenable to us leaving cases while we viewed the town.

This was more like a very good B&B than a hotel. I found the way the breakfast was presented restrictive and made the hotel seemed mean. No evening meal available so we had to walk into town.

Great room overlooking Perth - beautiful Scottish building

Lovely building with country style and comfortable furnishings. Large room with comfy bed. Very clean. Great view from window overlooking Perth. A short 10 min walk to Perth Museum through beautiful riverside gardens just across the road. Parking out back.

Reception on arrival not friendly but got better by the time we left. Tariff didn’t include breakfast. No fridge in room. Very small shower.

A nice stay, this was for my Wife's Birthday.

Location - perfect, Parking available at the back of the property. Room - nice and big, bed and pillows were top quality. Breakfast - excellent choices. Staff -Very polite gentleman met us on arrival, I believe it might have been the owner that served us breakfast and dealt with the bill when leaving, we stood and had a fair chat, a nice vibe over all and would certainly come back.

Room 3 - Shower room/toilet a bit of an after thought, very small. Breakfast - excellent choice but a bit weird that you have to let the hotel know what you want the night before, how do you know how hungry you might or might not be in the morning. More of a B & B than a Hotel, although given instructions on keys etc. on arrival, I don't remember anything about a bar/drinks, hence B & B status rather than Hotel.

An excellent stay - highly recommended!

Finlay was a very helpful host, who helped us find a restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with added Tatty Scones and sausages! Location was great - so close to Perth city centre. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward.
