What a super find in Perth. David and Laurent were very welcoming and have a beautiful house. Our room was huge and I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where everything sparkles because it's so clean. Breakfast was very good - we certainly didn't go hungry! Would love to stay again and highly recommend The Townhouse for anyone considering a stay here.

Host was friendly, helpful, attentive. Room was well presented with the little finishing touches to welcome visitors rarely found in other hotels. Staying here was like a dream. The most perfectly curated space with no detail overlooked resulting in a quintessential English B&B experience. The house and rooms were impeccably clean. First class for comfort and style. Location perfect, cleanliness first rate, marvellous beds and shower. Breakfast delicious and very welcoming hosts. So many extras as a courtesy and so many interesting items on display, it was an absolute delight. This must be the best place to stay in Perth and surrounding area. Absolutely fabulous stay at the Townhouse. The property is immaculately presented and in a great location overlooking the park and short walk to city centre. We could not have wished for better service from David, truly a wonderful host who had thought of everything for our stay including toys and changing mat for our baby granddaughter who was with us only for the afternoon. Our room was just beautiful, very spacious and elegant with a really comfy bed and lovely bed linen. The attention to detail and additional touches in our room was so welcoming, fresh scones and home made shortbread and a wonderful selection of teas and coffees. David really has thought of everything for his guests. He also cooked us a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend the Townhouse, we will certainly be coming back. Truly 5 star. Thank you so much David!

We checked in to The Townhouse in not the best of circumstances -- we had just been involved in a near-accident coming from Balmoral where we were almost hit head-on in a stretch of very narrow road in the Highlands, and my nerves were extremely frayed to say the least. David did his best to put us at ease, which was very difficult indeed for me, and my night was not a restful one because of the damage to our rental vehicle. Breakfast was thoroughly planned-out and delicious, with David cooking away in the small kitchen just off the dining room, which made it feel like we were in someone's private home and not a B&B. I do wish I had been able to enjoy our stay but I was consumed with worry about what had just happened earlier that afternoon on the way to check in. Lovely house and we really do want to come back to have a proper stay next time. David and Laurent were extremely kind and accommodating to our situation and they deserve the highest praise. Hope to see you again on our next visit to Perth.

Our host, David, made our stay especially inviting and pleasant. Every detail is covered from extra plugs and chargers in the room to available tea and water and even great local recommendations. Would love to stay here again.
