The pool was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful
Not accessible by car and I think we should have been informed about this

The location and atmosphere at NUR was good. Close to rice paddy fields which was lovely. Food delicious. Like our bungalow room we had.
Maintenance around the pool could be better.

Beautiful place, perfectly located in Ubud: already in the rice fields, but super close to the city center. The garden and pool are very enjoyable.
Mosquito net is not available in all rooms

Location was okay. The staff are great.
Cleaning of the room and facilities was lacking. The lighting throughout was lacking. The air conditioning could not keep the room comfortable. The overall facilities are old.
