It is a great price-quality deal. I love the central but retreated location. The rooms are big and nice, and the garden and particularly the pool are really good. I love this place.

If there is something to wish for, it would be a bit more cleanliness in the bathrooms.

I miss that place.

Staff is super friendly. Hostel is well located near Ubud center in the middle of rice fields with fire flys at night which looks like glitter. Very quit at night. Loved the garden and pool. Left my heart there with the 3 red hotel cats. Price-performance-ratio is very good. I miss that place so much.

We love Nur Guest House. This has been our second stay & we will be back.

The location is awesome. A short walk to the hustle & bustle of Ubud but you would never know it where Nur is located. A short walk to Campuhan Ridge Walk. The bungalows were lovely, the pool was great & the breakfast was very good. The staff were amazing with our grandchild especially Yohanes.

An oasis of calm in busy Ubud. Our room was luxurious with views over the rice field. The restauarant has 2 amazing parts, one with a view of hills and rice forked and one traditional floating restaurant in an exotic garden. The pool is great, the staff are great, the location is perfect.

An idyllic location

Cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this wonderful place. It’s set a little way (less than five mins walk) from the main drag of ubud, and the rooms are so comfortable and there’s a little terrace to sit and chill. A swimming pool with sun loungers is the perfect place to escape and read. It is set on a wonderful winding path through rice fields and dotted with delicious restaurants and coffee houses.

Quiet and good for the price.

The place is really cool, even though it's very close to the main avenue, it's super quiet. The garden and pool are very beautiful. The room is nice, and sheets were super clean.

The room was nice, but very dark. The windows do not have mosquito screens, so there is no way to open them to let in more light. Bathroom was not entirely cleam with lots of cobwebs and dust under the sink.

Tranquility in the ricefields

Beautiful setting with clean spacious rooms..plenty of hot water .. rooms serviced every day and attention to detail throughout. Only about 5 minutes walk fron the main street ... but a world away from the Ubud bustle. Stayed 4 nights....a month would have been perfect

Good value

Access to property required your driver to drop you off half mile from property, hotel sends a scooter down to have you get on back and they get your luggage up by scooter also. Nothing else around hotel X restaurant doesn’t open till 8:00.

Loved the position of the property being so close to the centre but away from the noisy hubub. Just a 3-4 min walk down to the main road and into the thick or it. So nice to be a small lane and in peace. I was in the second to last bungalow so further away from the lane and it was nice and peaceful. The little covered open air areas to relax on have a meal in were lovely. The pool was a treat and I never saw anyone else using it - so it was like my own private pool

Only a minor but if you have an early pick up and want breakfast prior, the cafe doesn't open till 0800

Surrrounded by beautiful ride fields but unfortunately not very well maintained. Needs a deep deep cleaning.

The delux apartment was far from what we saw online. The place itself was in a beautiful garden full of ponds and surrounded by nature, however the bungalow was very very dirty- the bathroom really missed proper cleaning. There were bugs on the side of the bathtub including lots of dust on the walls. The place smelled like humidity. Curtains were dirty and so were the bedsheets.

The place needs a very very deep clean.

Cozy apartments with a view on a ricefields

The apartments are situated slightly off the main route, allowing you to marvel at the beautiful rice fields without the everyday hassle. It's not the youngest but still well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The breakfast is delicious - you can pick from 3 options à la carte. Apart from that you can buy delicious food from the restaurant. The pool is nice and refreshing. Nearby there are yoga classes, washing services and trip vendors.

As in most apartments in Ubud you can expect bugs (ants/mosquitoes) and lizards in the room - I don't think it's possible to avoid them here. Cicadas can get quite loud in the night. You cannot arrive directly at the apartment by car - you need to walk 5 min on a narrow road with scooter drivers constantly driving along you - can get pretty irritating. Lastly, I had an issue contacting the apartment before arrival - they were not responding on booking at all :(

Hands down - best place to stay in Ubud!

The staff is BEYOND amazing! So welcoming and helpful to guide you where you want to go. They have great recommendations for things to do in the area and even arranged a taxi ride to the airport for me. The rooms are all so nice and clean - with great products in the shower/bath. The Monkey Cafe/Bar is right out front and has the BEST food and smoothies in all of Ubud. Their chicken satay is incredible, and they have the best Nasi Goreng/Mi Goreng in all of Indonesia. I didn't realize when I stayed before that it is on the Sweet Orange Trail - a beautiful walk that leads to a yoga studio, shops, other villas and so many amazing views. It is extremely safe for solo women travelers and a fabulous place for couples. The Garden suites are very romantic and have a lot of privacy. Already looking at my next trip back!

Wow wow wow, I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed for three nights but I didn’t not want to leave. It is absolutely beautiful, better than it appears on the listing. It is quiet being away from the main road and the bed was very comfortable. The cafe at the front of the property has a beautiful view, particularly good for sunsets, and is very well priced. The food and coffee are decent (could do with stocking gin though!). I could not recommend this place highly enough for your stay in Ubud. A real gem.

A great experience in Ubud

An amazing hotel in Ubud in the rural area around rice fields but also close to the main street in walking distance. Rooms confortable, beautiful pool and gardens, and the food is delicious. Lovely property. Set in a lovely quiet location within walking distance to centre of Ubud. Friendly helpful staff. Property has a great little bar and restaurant serving great value tasty food. Pool area is fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and stay again at this property.

My only suggestion would be to add a small fridge to the villa.

Nur Guest House is a beautiful peaceful Balinese slice of heaven with delicious food.

Nur Guest House was so peaceful and so beautifully crafted. The dining room was indescribably picturesque with each table in its own pagoda on stilts in a beautiful Lilly pond. the pool was perfect. and clean. and the food was outstanding. Have the green curry. you will want it every night you are in Bali. the staff was always so obliging and trusting in every way.

Really enjoyed my stay at Nur Guest House. We had booked two different rooms. Both were really spacious, beautiful, huge bathroom with bathtub, super big comfy bed and very clean. Very nice bigger pool also. And most importantly a team of super kind humans. If you want to be very private on your porch, the Deluxe room is the better option as it's in the back garden behind the pool but really both rooms were lovely and come with a great view on the rice fields. Would have stayed longer if the Guest House wouldn't have been fully booked. Thank you for making us feel home 🏡🙏❤️

I really enjoyed this place. Spacious room with cosy bed. Really good conditioner placed in perfect place. Nice view from my windows. Staff was really helpful and gave me really valuable advice about Ubud. Thank you! And the most important part was - location! Really close to the main street but is in quiet area with super beautiful rice fields. Really recommend to stay on this street. You will enjoy every minute of your vacation :)
