Everything was lovely. Staff amazing. Calm and peaceful amid the craziness of Ubud. The temple as part of the entranceway was superb. Pools were clean and the room enormous.
Nothing. The taxi can’t drop you off outside, which we knew, but the lather there is paved and easy to roll cases there.

Great place with awesome staff. Very helpful. One day I had breakfast and it was delicious. My room had a fan and a very good aircon. The view from the balcony was great.
I used the spa, too. My massage lady 'Ma' was awesome, well worth the time.
Like everywhere in Asia the bathroom could be a little bit better maintained, but it was clean.
Only one thing, if this applies to you: make sure your taxi driver is able to go there, mine dropped me at the main road and I had to walk. I think because the way up is very narrow, but nice for shopping.

The location was great, right in the middle of everything. The only downside is the market is right outside on the street and cars cannot normally drop you at the front. You will need to walk or take a motorbike. It is very quiet and a good value.
So, of the fit and finish could be updated. Some hand towels would have been nice.

The location was amazing, in a very walkable Arwa close to shops and the market. The staff were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
The rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been; I had to go and ask for new sheets because mine appeared dirty. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and you could see mildew in the bathroom area. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and go and get toilet paper as my room wasn't stocked.
