We absolutely loved our stay. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants and the main streets of Ubud. The grounds were very well maintained and absolutely stunning. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Pools were both lovely and the bottom one next to the jungle was our favourite. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities required including fridge, wardrobe and seating. Excellent value too.

The location was amazing, in a very walkable Arwa close to shops and the market. The staff were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
The rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been; I had to go and ask for new sheets because mine appeared dirty. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and you could see mildew in the bathroom area. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and go and get toilet paper as my room wasn't stocked.
