Little oasis ❤️❤️

The energy of this place made you feel as if you were inside a temple. In the middle of the chaos of the market, you find a little oasis full of greenery and details.

They don’t have the option to buy water at night or anything else. It would be nice to at least have a fridge available.

Great place to stay. Would recommend strongly.

Stairs in the gardens, going to the rooms, can be slippery when rainy. Also two stairs are worn out (from the pool going down). I slipped, nothing happened, but could have been otherwise.

Very nice balcony and garden. Cheep and close to the center of Ubud.

Breakfast was delicious, scrambled eggs, with fresh fruit and Balinese coffee. The room was a great size, bed comfortable, personal terrace fabulous.

The bathroom was basic but ok. The shower base was dirty.

Beautiful guesthouse that made me feel like I was staying at a spiritual yoga retreat. Gorgeous architecture and pool. Room was comfortable and spacious. Perfect location smack bang in the centre of Ubud.

the wifi wasn’t the best the room had a lot of bugs in it the bathroom wasn’t ideal as it didn’t have a proper shower it’s actually within another hotel which is a bit confusing

Amazing architecture

The architecture of the building and landscape were exceptional. One of the most beautiful traditional buildings I saw in Ubud. So staying here was worth it just for it, and the location.

Needs serious hands-on

The property is in perfect location.

Some things are missing/not working properly in the room. OK, price was affordable, but.. You have your face towel in your hand, nowhere to hang. The only hanger is behind the bathroom room, inside the bathroom. But the sink is not there. It's something very cheap to buy/fix these kind of things. Not even 1 dollar. The internet never worked during 1 week stay. Very frequent disconnection. When connected, it was impossible to open one website even at 4 a.m. in the morning. No breakfast, no air conditioning. There are other places which provide both of these, for the same price. The room cleaning service never apoeared during 1 week, even for providing basics kind toilet paper, shower gel, etc. You ask when you need. No shower (bidet) for cleaning yourself after using the toilet. That's standard in any property in Ubud. Surprisingly, not here. The bathroom sink is clogged. It begins filling up as soon as you turn on the water mixer. There is only 1 plug in the room (that's triple room), only 1 naked light bulb, not covered with anything else so it will look nicer. There is a wardrobe, just 2 (just two) plastic clothes hangers. I'm not saying it should be 20. But two? I don't know. Your room may be better. I'm writing "my" experience. And the homestay shares the same garden with another one, and the profile of visitors were youngsters making noise sometimes until 04 a.m. talking, laughing very loudly. Of course, the property has nothing to do with this. They cannot choose beforehand who will be noisy, and who will be not. It's in a perfect location, though. Just needs a bit hands on.

Budgeted accomodation with poor staff

Exterior of the house pool was ok not much else

We stayed at ground floor room.Poor Reception.Since we check-in almost no one sits at the reception desk to address any queries.Bathroom has bath tub with water logging and the commode is not balance and keeps moving.Dharma yogi house shares same premises like Sania house, which seems to have good staff and reception.

Beware places that charge before you see them.

Actually Sania's House but just a couple of rooms down the stairs at the back.

Smelly mattress gives the room a musty smell. Access via dangerous stairs covered in slippery moss without rails. Barely warm water. They charge the full amount long before the booking date.

got a feeling I was not wanted from the owner. I was also waiting half an hour to make a checkin. there was no one by the desk, no bell and the contact was not on WhatsApp. Also the next day they were reminding me about the time off checkout

Exceptional

Beautiful grounds, pool and garden! A piece of quiet paradise directly off the busy market street, you are walkable distance to all temples and many restaurants here. The room was just as beautiful, comfy, clean and fast wifi. The staff were incredibly helpful in booking activities (even took us there!) and laundry done on site.
