Maison familiale traditionnelle dans une petite ruelle au calme malgre la densité de circulation au coeur du centre ville et à 2 pas d ubud palace, hyper pratique pour rayonner à pied pour moi qui souhaitais passer du temps à decouvrir Ubud à mon rythme.. Bon confort qui me correspondait parfaitement! Bonne literie, air conditionné eau chaude et petit dejeuner simple et bon! Un thermos d eau chaude toujours a dispostion. Merci Kutut pour l accueil! 🙏

Excellent value for money and a great location. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the flexibility with check-in as we arrived late. Breakfast is good and a nice way to start the day. You can also rent good quality motorbikes directly at the property at a fair price, which is very convenient. They can also arrange transport to wherever you need to go at a reasonable cost

The cleanliness could be improved slightly, although overall everything was fine. The property does not provide some basic amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner or a hair dryer. There is also no water refill station available. Although coffee and tea are provided in each room, hot water and cups are not always available to prepare them. None of these issues affected our stay significantly, but they are worth mentioning.

La gérante qui ne nous a parlé que pour savoir quand on la payerait. Le fait qu'on ai du demander pour du papier toilette et des serviettes (qui d'ailleurs n'étaient pas très propres)
