Horrible,they really need to fix their rooms before renting out. Only location is good.

1. Light switcher is broken (picture is attached) 2. No water in shower at morning !!! (When I asked the host what happened with the water they said , sorry maintenance !!! So I could not take shower and simply brush my teeth) 3. The door lock in the room is broken (pic is attached) 4. Toilet is broken and shaking 🫨 5. Bed sheets are not fresh

Great value but Ubud isn't the quiet village it use to be

We had the chance to get the room in the corner upstais. It offer better privacy and a view of the sunset; Room has everything you can expect at this price range

It's so noisy that I couldn't really sleep? I'm used to having roosters around because I live in indonesia, but there were so many it was really annoying. It's a town with houses touching each other, not a farm area or where houses have space in between. There should be some sort of regulation about that.

The property is located in a perfect and safe place, in the heart of Ubud. The family managing the property is very sweet. Everything is easily accessible like cafés, groceries, spas, market etc. the crowd around is good. The outside of the properly was spacious with greenery and quiet though it was in the middle of the centre.

The inside of the room wasn’t matching anything to the pictures shown in the booking.com. The pictures in booking.com are misleading and entirely different. Also, the room wasn’t well maintained with lot of dust. The bathroom was dirty without proper shower. The wash basin tap was broken. Drinking water is not provided to the guests.

The owner and family are super friendly, they made sure everyday that my stay there was good and comfortable. Location was good, staff are very kind and helpful. Prices are very good as well. Walking distance to main centre. Highly recommended.

Location was great, so was breakfast

Toilet broken, cold showers for 3 days , no tea making facilities no soap! No communication with owner, no reception area. No value for money. I have been going to Bali for 20 years and have stayed in many places, they could improve this greatly with these simple things. We paid $49 a night expensive, no value for this amount.

The breakfast was great and the location!

Communication with the owner was poor on arrival, no soap no jug or tea making facilities no hot water for the three days I was there, even through I did speak every day with the staff, the owner did not respond.

The staff were lovely. Nice comfortable bed. Shower had warm water. Location was great. Very near markets, restaurants and shopping. Offer laundry services on-site too which was done in a few hours.

Lots of mosquitoes entering the room through decorative concrete above the windows. Got lots of bites while asleep at night.I would suggest mosquitoe Repellent if staying in this particular room. Also because of the holes in the decorative concrete, the room isn't very soundproof. Cats and dogs crying and barking can be heard very loudly at night and in the mornings. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Location. Bed was decent.

Loud in the morning. Found previous guests used covid masks and trash in room. AC remote didnt work. They dont provide a towel and toilete paper. Bathroom/toilete was small and bad looking. Even though I had my booking confirmed, when I arrived they were confused and gave me a random room. For a few euros/dollars per night you can have much better accommodation.

The lock on the door was a joke. I actually got waked up in the middle of the night by a confused guest that from outside opened the door closed from the inside with minimal effort.

location is great and the place is clean and looks nice

nothing major, but a bit annoying: our sink was leaking and toilet seat didn’t work properly. we noted it immediately but it took a very long time, reminders and some miscommunication to get it fixed (the sink at least, toilet never got fixed). we got a weak “sorry” when we checked out (stayed for 5 nights). I think they prefer to spend their time on things that make money
