Good at the restaurant was not great

We had a fantastic stay at Dewaangga Ubud. As we were celebrating our honeymoon we were welcomed with a beautiful bed decoration and a handwritten card from the team which was a very thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, right in the center of Ubud with restaurants, cafes and attractions within walking distance. Despite being so central the hotel was peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise at all. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you goes to Mely who truly made a lasting impression on us. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making sure everything was perfect during our stay. We arranged several tours through the hotel. Hotel driver was friendly, approachable and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also used the laundry service, everything was cleaned with great care and attention. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend Dewaangga Ubud to anyone visiting Bali.

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

There was a lot to like, its hard to pick anything I didn’t like, however if I I had to say I would’ve preferred another dining area and bar away from pool area? It will be great when some of the building works are done, although it wasn’t noisy or restricting in any way but it will look even better when finished with the new rooms.
