This location of this property is ideal. Great authentic traditional Ubud vibes with all the modern comforts. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable with your every need catered for. Beds are very comfortable and the staff are amazing, so helpful, friendly and communication is prompt and easy. The property owned by Ubud traditional people and will remain that way. The manager also greets you, ensuring you had best experience. The pool is amazing. I will definitely visit again.
The food quality could possibly improve a little. If your mobility is limited be aware Ubud has many steps and can be steep. This is not fault to the property as most Ubud is much the same. Dewangga was happy to cater for ground floor accommodation for me with no trouble. Just something to be aware of in Bali.

First of all, the amazing staff! We were actually sad to leave the hotel because the hospitality of the staff was on another level! Very central location in Ubud. Close to everything. The room was really nice with the little balcony. The hotel staff also helped us book a driver. I would definitely stay there again.
The shower has only has a ‘rain head’ and it’s not that comfortable.

Bfast was good, location was convenient and nice and the staff was super welcoming and accommodating. The bed was comfortable as well.
The dinner menu and the quality was kinda disappointing. Not a lot of choices.
The bathroom design was absolutely nonsense: window overlooking the bedroom and if you close the curtain and the shower curtain the shower is completely dark.
No space to put any toiletries in the bathroom or hang clothes.
There is no separate switch for fan and light and the fan was super noisy.

I love the location and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were a friendliest. Activities within the resort were really good too.
The bed was so old the springs were poking into my back every night and the pillows tiny pieces of foam sewn into a pillow shape
