This place is a hidden gem in Ubud. From the great location that is only 5 minutes walking away from center ubud to the great facilities inside like the pool and the famous bathroom in fresh air outside. The bed is comfortable and the room has a great AC that is easy to use. You have also sun beds and a nice terrace right over the pool. Even that the place is in the middle of greanery but i didn't have any insects enter the room just some in the bathroom and they were rare and not dangerous
Just maybe add a safe to the room as it didn't have one

Room was clean. Outdoor bathroom was cute with a little shelter over the sink/toilet area (which I could also put in "dislikes" because when it rains hard, everything gets wet). Owner was friendly, and grounds were mostly clean. Lots of plants and greenery.
No breakfast provided even though the description said there was breakfast. The owner was hardly around - a couple of times I went to ask him something and just couldn't find him. The location is great if you love the crazy busy loud tourist section of Ubud, but I did not. The pool was very small. Couldn't make the hot water work for my first outdoor shower, and then it was temperamental after that.
