Ubud Wins Bungalow

Ubud Wins Bungalow is a hidden gem. It is easy walk from the main area but in a street that is tucked in so it is quiet (trust me you don't want to be on the busy streets!) There are shops and convenience stores close by for your shopping needs, and good warungs close by for food (I recommend Savannah Moon and ACME warungs). There is no elevator in the hotel so you do need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs. I stayed in the top most room and the view was spectacular - you have the whole floor to yourself so it feels like a private level. The accommodation is basic, but the bed is comfortable and my room was SPACIOUS! The room pictures posted on their website is accurate. This is not for those looking for a glamorous hotel. But, if cleanliness, comfort, and good views are enough for you, then you will love Ubud Wins Bungalow. They also have free breakfast with good menu options in their attached restaurant. I've met the owner and talked to her a few times during my stay and she is lovely and helpful.

I loved staying here. My room was HUGE with very comfy bed, balcony and great view. Really quite yet only a short walk to very busy area near the Art Market. The complimentary breakfast was at a café next door and the food was exceptional from tiramisu French toast, pancakes, smashed avocado and fruit. Pool was great. Daily cleaning. The owners are absolute sweethearts. Highly recommend.

Lots of stairs but not much can be done. Ubud is steep in parts

The property is close to all the tourist attractions. There are several convenience stores nearby. You have access to the property from to roads (a main road and a smaller market road). Due to the location in exactly the middle of the two streets, it was very quiet at night. The rooms are big and very clean, with clean and functioning furniture. You can safely store your belongings in a cabinet which you can lock. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was very good but still quiet. The bathroom was also very clean and big and you get all the amenities provided in your room. The staff will clean your room every day and provide you with new towels if needed. The pool was also very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was very delicious in the Hideout Cafe, which is basically connected to the property.

Location as a car unable to get there. Whilst very clean some items very tired. My shoe was actually taken in the night.(informed probably by a dog). Due to Bali tradition had left them outside.
