Great Guesthouse with an absolutely beautiful garden and spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. What I liked best about this place was its location in a quieter street that is nice to walk. From here, you are in the busy centre in 10 minutes just as well as on the rice terraces. Plus you staying here supports a wonderfully friendly and very helpful Balinese family.
Just so you know: Car taxis can't get directly to the guesthouse, so if it is difficult for you to carry you belongings for some 200 meteres or so, maybe contact the owners befor booking.

A hidden gem wonderfully located in Ubud. It is quiet, although it is right outside a market and next to a rice field. The room is bigger than it saids on the ad, it's very spacious and has lovely Balinese furniture. It's clean and cosy. The staff are a family and very kind.
Not so much about the property, but more the b.com
Logistics: keep an eye out on that b.com does not deduct anything from your bank as you have to pay upon checkout at the property.

Location was great.
Breakfast was amazing.
Price was good.
Room was very clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The aircon wasn't very cold and was quite noisy.
The mattress was very old (discoloured).
The shower was a handheld rose over the bath.

Location was excellent. Few minutes walk to markets, and Main Street. Room was Very clean, and managers were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, well presented. Pool was clean. Gardens were beautiful.
