Lovely place and great value for money

The property is in a quiet part of central Ubud so close to all in the central vibe yet peaceful. My room was large, exceptionally clean and with large proportions, with a comfortable bed, very good pillow and a really nice view from the spacious private terrace. Also with a very good breakfast provided by the modern cafe below the property.

My only gripe really is that the loungers by the pool were with quite shabby and old looking mattresses.

peaceful, relaxing, comfortable stay at Ubud Wins

Had such a lovely stay at Ubud Wins. Was travelling solo and felt very safe. The villa is located at the end of the Jalan Kajeng shopping street, so it's in a peaceful location, just minutes from lovely walks in the rice fields, but also just a few minutes walk into the centre of Ubud. Bed was so comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower, good AC and a large, really comfortable room with lovely views over the terraced garden, swimming pool and surrounding area. Really enjoyed sitting on my balcony and having a tea when I wasn't out and about. Didn't have the chance to use the pool as it was the rainy season but it looked spotlessly clean. The owners were always available and were lovely genuine, kind people. The breakfast at the bar below the B&B was the icing on the cake. I stayed five nights and had something different and delicious to try every morning, with excellent veg options too. So glad I booked this place. Thank you!

Lovely staff and nice place for a couple nights!

Great place to stay in Ubud! The staff were class throughout our stay… I even broke my door key by accident when I was there and they were so nice about the whole situation that called someone out to fix it and never charged me a penny! Nice and spacious room and the breakfast is very good (I’d recommend the tiramisu French toast!) Location was good, it’s slightly out of town but very walkable and easy to find!

Great value for money

This property was great value. The room was large with a great view and spotlessly clean. The family who own the property were very attentive to all my needs and the included breakfast was at a cute cafe next door that offered a great range of options .

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Just be aware there are quite a few stairs to get to the property. This might be an issue for some people.

Delightful Guest House, not far from Ubud Centre

We chose Ubud Wins Bungalow because of its good reviews and we were not disappointed. My friend and I had separate rooms which were identical and on the 1st and 2nd floors, so had good views over the neighbourhood. No lift so one needs to be able to climb steps! Lovely clean bright rooms each with its own shower room with toilet and basin, all tiled. Big comfortable beds and a balcony with chairs and a table. The accommodation fronts (via steps), onto a small lane, Jl. Kajeng No 37, which is lined with shops and restaurants, but cars are not allowed as it is too narrow. The back entrance via Jl. Suweta, is through some neighbouring properties and this is the way to bring in luggage. The swimming pool is lovely, just the right size and temperature for a relaxing swim. The whole area is a mass of tropical plants and far enough away from the main town of Ubud to be a sanctuary from the mayhem of the local traffic. This is a family run business and they are delightful. A delicious breakfast is served in the family run restaurant (Hide Out Cafe, Jl. Kajeng) at the bottom of the front steps.

Lovely property, clean and spacious rooms,close to all the tourist attractions in Ubud, 10 mins walk to the city palace and a plethora of good restaurants,exceptional breakfast at the cafe below, lovely hosts eager to help out! Will surely stay here again!!

Best place to be

Wins Bungalow was a perfect start for our vacation in Indonesia. The room was great, clean and quiet with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was outstanding, very special and owners were very nice and helpful and gave us very good recommendations. We also loved Ubud the cultural center and also the very nice walks/ hikes around directly from the bungalow on beautiful small paths through rise fields and small villages.

Much better than I expected given the price

I had a huge top-floor room with a nice private balcony and a great view... actually, two great views on two sides. Clean, with a very comfy bed. Swimming pool is small but nice. Breakfast was in a fancy cafe downstairs, and amazing. At this price range, I was expecting a plastic toast and an egg, but no, I got delicious artisan food, fresh fruit and a nice tea/coffee. Great surprise, beats places that cost 3x as much. Staff/owners are subtle, but helpful and smiling. Location is great, a 700m walk to the center of Ubud down a small alley.

The narrow street of the hotel is nice for walking, but not accessible by car (nearest pick-up point is about 250m away), and there are some steep stairs. Not a problem for me, but people with mobility issues need to be careful, and it might be annoying in the rain.

The owner is super kind, she made sure we had an excellent stay. They made our bed and cleaned the room every day and the breakfast was amazing. The room looked the same like in the pictures, and maybe ever better in person, with a beautiful view and a few minutes walking to the center of Ubud.

Great stay in a lovely place

Amazing place in the heart of Ubud. It’s so green, beautiful, quiet and picturesque at the same time. The rooms are fresh, garden is beautiful, swimming pool is great in hot weather. It’s family owned property and the whole family is so hospitable and friendly! Really liked my stay there. I also loved super delicious breakfast in nearby cafe, provided my the hotel.

Great place in central Ubud

The room was so clean, spacious and light. The stuff made my room clean every day. And the breakfast was so great which was available at cozy cafe next to the property. The cafe was also nice, running by nice people. I like this place and big thanks to stuffs who were kind and helpful. I’d like to come back here again.

Great stay in Ubud

We stayed for 4 nights and only wished we had stayed longer. This quiet villa on the outskirts of the centre is hidden away 2 minutes from rice paddies. The room was spacious, always clean (cleaned daily), hot shower, best bed we have slept in on our South East Asia travels for 4 months, wifi, space for relaxing, incredible breakfast. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked lovely. The owner was very kind and helped arrange laundry for us too. Really recommend here. We also used the services of their driver friend Evan for airport pick up and he was so great that we spent another day touring Ubud with him.

I can find the reason people gave them high score. They are so kind and lovely. And room was so clean I’ve ever accomodated in bali. Cleaner than the 5 star hotel. The host was so kind and generous, the daughter was so lovely, the son was so kind. I will definetely visit again when I go back ubud.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ubud Wins. The staff are so lovely and helpful, the room was beautiful and immaculately clean and even though the place is located in a busy area, it was really quiet.

Our room was up lots of stairs but in the end we liked this, it improved our fitness while there!

this place made my stay in Ubud more than perfect. Room condition was very good, well managed, breakfast was so good as well. The host was absolutely amazing. I booked a tour from Ubud to Seminyak by this place (owner organized everything with all the recommendation!) and on the day when I left, it was pouring so I needed to cancel most of activities I wanted to do. I was sad but he quickly amended my schedule with other suggestions and I had most amazing tour! i really appreciate everything while I stayed there and will definitely come back. I give them 10/10 on everything!

Most importantly - great hosts, you feel better than “at home” :) breakfast - best banana pancakes we had - and we tried lots of hip places in Canggu :) The bed was made literally 5x a day, whenever one went out. Still - this was very intimate, one felt taken care of - the hosts were like ninjas :) Of course - minor flaws, some rust in corners of the room etc. - but value&quality-for-money-wise - 10/10.

Position Staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast provided in the room was very good and different every day The overall place, relaxing and far from the noise but close to the main roads of Ubud. There is a very nice path in the rice fields starting at the end of the hotel road. The view from the room Excellent value for money!

The curtains do not provide enough dark (too much light already in the early morning) Couple of more small and swimming pool towels would be appreciated Unlike all the other places we have been staying in Bali, there was no free clean water provided in the room or water dispenser in the structure, this results in lot of plastic produced.

Perfect bungalow with amazing owners

The owners were super friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much of an ask. They ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed including a lovely breakfast each morning. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Ideal location just 5 minute walk from Main Street of Ubud. Pool facilities clean and well maintained.
