Very relaxing, very enjoyable, away from the maddening crowds and busy traffic of central Ubud.

The host of the property are wonderful, kind, helpful people. The breakfast up on the rooftop terrace was wonderful with a great view of the rice paddies and palm trees. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. Very good Indian tandoor restaurant right next door. I recommend eating there..

It’s a little out on the edge of town, but if you have good strong legs or a motorbike, it’s no problem at all.

Clean

Amazing view from the room. Everyday the room was cleaned.

Sink was leaking water we had to put many towels to stop water dripping. There were no hangers in the shower to hang anything. Room door was not able to fully close it from outside, we had to put some pillows etc. before we leave so animals go inside. Some of our private items were moved during cleaning they should be kept where they are not touched.

An oasis of calm in a busy place

Wayan and Kader could not have been better or easier hosts to deal with. Communication was prompt throughout. Wayan was able to arrange activities for us (aTV safari) at a very good price and at short notice. He also organised transport for us with great efficiency as well. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The rooftop, ‘jungle’ setting for them was a welcome break from the city chaos of Ubud. If you are coming to Ubud stay here- don’t be put off by the very short walk uphill to get there- you won’t be disappointed.

It is located on a no car street and you have to walk by a water drain canal to get to the guesthouse but wayan was always willing to come with his bike for pickups.

Felt like home!

The accommodation is very clean, tidy and the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make sure you have the best stay. The breakfast is truly amazing, the best breakfast of my trip. The location is perfect, the scenery was amazing. As a female solo traveller, it felt very safe and it felt like home. Best stay in Ubud I could’ve wished for.

Wonderful central homestay in Ubud.

Breakfast to order (the day before) on the lovely roof terrace with calming rice field views. The floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms framing a wall like a beautiful picture of the green natural surrounds outside. The warmth and hospitality of the owners and their staff.

This is minor, but if we were to find one thing, it would be the little walking lane to get to the homestay where we encountered a decently sized snake after the thunderstorm, which flopped off from the greenery beside us into the monsoon drain... we have a rather strong aversion to snakes.

A picture and feeling perfect stay in Ubud.

Incredible location, cleanliness, friendliness of the hosts, a better breakfast than any food I ate in any restaurant elsewhere, a divine silence and enjoyable view of chipmunks, birds and lizards (but not too close!) and the nature they inhabit.

I loved everything. It was a little hard to find when I was arriving later in the night however I also wasn’t using my phone which would’ve easily remedied that.

My favourite accomodation in Ubud

Everything was perfect! The hosts and the staff are so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and cleaned perfectly everyday. They have laundry service and nice breakfast on the rooftop with amazing view on the rice fields. I totally recommend this place!

Wayan and Kadek are lovely hosts, we enjoyed everyday and even prolonged our stay. Their breakfast is a perfect start into the day and the location is very quiet.

A little paradise in the center of Ubud

It is a piece of heaven. It is very very clean, it has an incredible view, an entire “wall” of windows to a wonderful side of Ubud, a pattio and also a small balcony in the back to a small rice field. also from the bathroom the view is perfect. The breakfast is served on a terrace at the 3-rd floor, and is fresh and very very tasty, and the view is also beautiful. The hosts are wonderful and helping people. The house is near the center of Ubud, in 7 minutes you are in the Ubud Market, and very close is a wonderful way throuhg rice fields. I ll definitely stay again here! It is better then in a 5 stars hotel! And the frangipan flowers everywhere…

The only thing is that you have to walk like 200 hundred meters from the main street and in the night could be a little strange, but it is totally safe.

Great location, super clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Ubud.

We loved our stay at Eden House. It is in incredibly clean and everyone is super friendly. The breakfasts are a work of art. The location was perfect for us. Right close to the centre of town but also very close to escaping the crowds and walking in the rice fields. Would definitely stay again.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has everything you’d need (even a bathtub!) The breakfast was super delicious and the amount is incredible! They clean the room everyday with fresh flowers :)

There were some insects because it’s close to the forest, but of course it’s inevitable. The room is super super clean anyways.

Excellent - we enjoyed staying here

The owner family was awesome, excellent in helping you with recommendations and also helping in booking activities/transfers if needed. The breakfast is limited but very good, you need to wait it for 10 minutes but only because they want to serve you with freshly cooked food. The location is central, but not at the main road, so you are not hearing the motorbikes and cars. However, there is a temple next to the property and you might hear when they practice for the night shows, so better to have earplugs if you are sensible with the noise. The room is cleaned every day. The bed was confortable.

Familiar atmosphere in small modern home stay

Very unique home stay in new perfectly maintained property. it’s not on main road but you can easily walk to Ubud centre. Familiar true warm atmosphere provided by owner Wayan and his family, taking a lot of care about guests. Amazing freshly made breakfast on sunny terrace in combination with rice terrace and nature view. Very high standard of cleanliness (not common in Bali).

Property is about 3 minutes walk out of main road, no car access. But still much closer to Ubud than many other equivalent accommodations.

Amazing accomodation and best hosts in Ubud!

Our hosts at Eden House were very nice, friendly and helpful. The accomodation was perfect and deco absolutely amazing, as well as the view. We felt like at home. The rooms are very big and bathroom very nice with a shower and a large bathtub. The rooms were always very clean and neat. We also particularly appreciated the breakfasts (regret not demanding for the pancakes recipe!) If we were to come back to Ubud again we will definitely come back to Eden House!

Nice hosts, they are helpful with anything you need, the breakfast is cooked by them, made with ingredients bought in the morning. Clean place, no bugs, cleanup done everyday, fresh frangipani flowers on the bed. Nice view from the top terrace.
