Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful

The staff is excellent and very attentive to your needs and goes above and beyond. It's down a street that has local places mixed in with newer looking establishments. it's also a short walk to the temple and mant other restaurants and shops. The staff can set you up with any tours or excursions you want to do for a fair price. We extented our stay and look forward to coming back to ubid in a couple weeks ;)

This is the best accommodation I have stayed at in ALL OF Indonesia!!!! The staff goes above and beyond, the breakfast is amazing and it’s CLOSE to Ubud’s Main Street! The staff really does absolutely everything for it’s customers, I think would stay here every time I’m in Ubud!!!!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Everything was super smooth from check in to check out. This is a home stay and the family who run this are lovely and will do anything to help. They arranged our small group (5 people) sunrise trek to Mount Batur, including transfers. They also provided our transfer at 5:30am to Padang Bai for our ferry to Gili T. Hot water is provided daily if you wish to have a hot drink in the room. Breakfast is available too and very reasonably priced, 35k I think. Ideal location to the centre of Ubud, it took us 8-10 minutes to walk there. There are places to do laundry only a 2 minute walk away. The room and bathroom was clean. The shower was powerful and hot which was great! The bed was slightly creaky and we could sometimes hear people outside talking but we still got a good nights sleep. We felt safe here.
