Konumu oldukça iyiydi, çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi.
Bizim odamızı başka birine vermişler rezervasyonda karışıklık olmuş. Biz yoldayken arandık ve arkadaşının oteline geçebileceğimizi söyledi. Mecburen öyle yaptık. 3 gün orada kalıp sonra Myragaya yeniden dönmek zorunda kaldık. Eşya toplayıp yeniden yerleşmek uğraştırdı. Birçok kez özür diledi sahibi ama olmaması gereken bir hataydı yine de.

Merkeze çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde, kahvaltısı yeterli, temiz, çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Fiyat performans açısından harika bir otel. Bali doğasını çok güzel yansıtıyor.

The location is nice. We were welcomed and seen off in a wonderful way. Delicious breakfast.
The sheets and towels were dirty. Despite our complaints, they weren't changed. We had to use the same sheets for 10 days. The curtains were dirty. There was a foul odor coming from the bathroom drain.
