Kubu Karma Ubud

We stayed here for 7 nights to try explore Ubud. This property was spacious, clean and had all we required. Next to our room (room 7) there was a secret door that took you away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud town to magical rice field terraces with lovely views and amazing warungs and restaurants. The staff were just beautiful and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was also lovely. Thank you Sri 🙏🏽

The hotel can be a bit hard to access, specially with big luggages.

Sri and her family are very welcoming and make tou feel at home. Even though the property is not accessible by car, they are very helpful with picking up and dropping your luggage to a very close car accessible meeting point. My 1st dloor room with a terrace was overseeing the beautiful rice terraces, and I woke up to a quiet and peaceful view. There is a direct exit from the hotel that connects tou to the rice terrace area with beautiful cafes. (I recommend pukako for good coffee- you can read a book, work on your laptop, have a nice bfast). Campuhan road and central ubud street are close by. The location is very central but still quiet.

There is always traffic coming into the main road so if you are going to drive around or outside of Ubud, meeting with your driver at a 10mins walk distance saves a lot of time.
