Everyone was super friendly. I was surprised at how clean the bathroom was. Very good. The bed was comfy. The room was a bit small, but totally fine for one person. Could be a bit tight for two people, but doable. Clean bedsheets. Super close to the train station and to the city centre. Would definitely book again.
The only negative thing here is the carpet in the hallway and stairs.. The pattern is kinda dangerous, and it makes the steps not really visible. I'd change the carpet to something that won't make you trip.

Good location and friendly staff
Although a parking space was provided, the car park was small and we had to park directly behind another guest and we had to leave our key on reception in case the other guest needed to move their car.

staff were really helpful, welcoming and friendly. They organised my taxis and were always available to answer questions or help with whatever was needed. Breakfast was generous
eggs were overcooked. I prefer a soft yoke but there were plenty of them

Reasonable location to explore the area. Parking available on site or via permit for close by street parking. Breakfast available although we didn't use this option.
The place feels a bit dated. Rooms are a bit tired. We only really used the room to literally sleep in so fine for what we needed.
