The rushed service, breakfast is served 630-1030 so arriving roughly 10am expect a full service meal not a stroppy miserable girl who was pretty unfriendly to be honest. Ran out of coffee asked 3 times for one

Wasn’t expecting to have to pay an additional fee to use the spa. Breakfast expensive at £20pp. Because of this we didn’t opt for either. I Mabel to turn bathroom extractor fan off so noisy all night.

Great location for sightseeing & shopping.
The hotel itself was ideally located being in the centre of Exeter for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing seemed too much trouble. Rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
We stayed Saturday & Sunday night having a room facing the city meant it was very noisy with the pubs & clubs especially at going home time. An inner court yard room would have been better and something to think about for quieter nights especially late at night.
