Met expectations and would definately visit again
Well organised and cofortable hotel, food was good and breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive and would visit again.
Rooms were quite warm and also you could hear a noise of adjacent rooms

Very hot room all night. Radiator grilles need to be removed and cleaned. Absolutely full of dust and hairs.

Cleaner, comfortable and wan enjoyable breakfast to start the day.
Staff were very helpful, I had booked to have a Sunday lunch with a friend. Unfortunately they were unable to make it and I had to cancel. But I was amazed that the restaurant was fully booked. As it was so popular. Next time I visit I hope to make the Sunday lunch.

Decent hotel just poor experience but staff where good
Location and staff were fast and very good.
When I got there I had no front door for 20 minutes and in the middle of the night I stepped on two screws which they obviously left on the floor. Shower tile falling off.

Loved it, definitely coming back!!
The location 5 mins from family and 20 mins from the city. Plenty of parking, the hotel reception were very personable and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff were very friendly and could not do more to make our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean and we will definitely stay again.
The EV chargers were not working following a recent flood, the hotel staff appeared not to know but apart from this a really good stay

Good location, but rooms are quite small
I liked the location, the parking facilities, and how close it was to nearby beaches and the retail park. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant was clean with a good variety of options.
The room was a bit small for a couple, and the bathroom/toilet area also felt quite compact.
