Great location - around 5 minute walk from station and 20 minute walk to the university.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and had everything i needed. The shower had good power and temperature of the water was perfect .

Have stayed a few times in this B and B. Always clean and Lorraine, the host, is always welcoming.
Very close to Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central station.
