I will NOT be back!
The room was clean. Car parking. The staff were most affable.
The room had a view of the busy main road and even though there was triple glazing you could hear the traffic through the night! My breakfast was terrible. I wanted smash avocado on sourdough and poached eggs - I got one tiny slice of sourdough, one grilled tomato and two mushroom heads (see photo) shocking breakfast considering I paid £141 for the night with a substantial breakfast (not worth the money).

Some staff on arrival ? Not very helpful But to be fair they did have some flooded problems to deal with

Great place to stay in Exeter
Lovely spot by the river. Easy walking distance (15 to 20 mins) along the river to the quay and into town. Comfortable room with nice outside seating which we would have enjoyed if the weather had been better. Amazing shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great Sunday lunch.

Great location and lovely room
Lovely rooms. Very comfortable bed. Good location. It was my birthday whilst we were there and the housekeeping staff very kindly left a card and a happy birthday banner in our room which was a lovely surprise

Warm, welcoming with value for money
Clean room, but very cold on arrival at 4pm as the heating came on later. The complimentary beer was welcome. Room spacious and clean, bed large and comfortable Bed and breakfast excellent
