Had a tub and comfy bed. Parking was available and easy access to the pub and restaurant. Breakfast was nice too.
The coffee machine in the room broke after the 1st cups. It would have been nice to have it explained how breakfast worked before that morning. We had cold food on plates before they told us about ordering a hot breakfast.

On site parking and a hearty breakfast. Walking distance to good sites and food place especially Harry’s Bar
No elevator and having to lug cases up stairs. The shower had good pressure but no curtain or door making it very wet and slippery.

Great location, room and bed big, lovely and clean, staff very helpful and nice. Parking was great, easy to find.
Blinds/curtains inadequate, room way too hot (23-24 degrees) with inadequate/noisy air-conditioning. Food was very average, I’d probably eat in Exeter next time.
