Beautiful home from home (I wish my home was this stylish!)
The whole experience was fantastic. Very well designed guest house with beautiful art and decor. Check in was very easy and we had a lovely chat with Ken when we checked out - very promptly contacted us to tell us we'd left a coat behind and was accommodating of us coming back to fetch it. Thank you!

The hot water tap in room was very slow and didnt really get hot. The sink plug did mot keep water in the basin.

We had two nights in this lovely small hotel.the proprietor was friendly and helpful but in no way intrusive
Welcoming, warm and comfortable. Set in a quite area with adequate parking and an easy 10 minute walk into the centre of Exeter
