Outstanding value for money. We stayed one night and it was a breeze getting in, despite our late arrival. The room was comfy and well appointed and the owner very friendly. Breakfast delivered to the room was a nice treat.

The host couldn’t have been more helpful or lovely. He recommended a better room for my stay and provided very helpful information. Three similar but alternative breakfast choices that were good quality and a well furnished warm and welcoming room. Flexible options for breakfast time and place. Highly recommend.
My only criticism is value for money for the breakfast.
A significant portion is taken by booking.com which bumbs up the cost. Without that I would feel more comfortable with the price due to quality ingredients and flexible options. Not suitable for nut allergy people.

Great location, room was a decent size, well decorated and clean. Continental breakfast provided a few options and was sufficient. Ken, our host, was fabulous - provided good information and local knowledge.

Nice room, good location
Really bizarre breakfast. You had to pre order what you wanted - one croissant OR one crumpet, pick a yoghurt from a choice of 3 and then tea/coffee and juice. Disappointing for the price, my advice is to go out for breakfast.
