Really cosy, everything you need!

Location isn’t amazing but still great, code for keycard box didn’t work so had to call the office for help. Sorted within 10 minutes tho :)

Comfy and well equipped

Good location and secure parking, really nice space and good facilities in the kitchen / bathroom. Good price compared to other options. Also pretty quiet at night.

The bed is rather small and the pillows were rather firm for us, wasn’t the comfiest night sleep. There were some hairs in the bathroom and the balcony door was open when we checked in (which we didn’t realise at first) so it was cold.

Great location for us to visit family, easy to find and very comfortable with good amenities.

Parking was great, apartment was clean and everything that we needed was provided.

We chose the 2 bed apartment which is at the front of the building over looking the main road. This meant we did not feel comfortable having the curtains open during the day as we could be seen by passers by, it was also a little noisy from the road. However these weren't major issues as we were not in the apartment for long periods, but if we stay again we would choose an apartment at the back of the property.

Lovely stay

Great location, lovely apartment and space. Free parking clean bed and bathroom.

The place was let down by very basic lack of cleaning certain things, like a dirty microwave, dirty oven shelf, filthy rug. Very simple things that should be checked between guests. However the main things like bathroom and bed was spotless. I would stay again, I'd just take my own cleaning spray.

Very clean and well kept rooms. Host was very good with communication. Also lots of amenities in the rooms, such as smart TV and good cooking equipment. Even dishwasher

was very impressed with the size of the property - couldn't believe we had so much all to ourselves.

there was a strange smell in the main bathroom, only one bedroom had a TV and in the ensuite shower there were silverfish this morning which put us off from using the shower this morning unfortunately

Nice for a short stay for the cricket !

Fantastic location for both city centre of Leeds and for the cricket ground. Lovely to have an outdoor balcony in the room we stayed in. Easy to get the key card for the room without any concierge service. Clean and tidy room.

Kitchen was ok, fridge and freezer both very noisy and some damage internally. Toilet had a constant leak of water running down it. TV a bit dated and had a mind of its own turning off and on at times. Needs a few bits of TLC but overall would still stay again. Nothing major to make us not enjoy our time there. Nice to have coffee table as well as big table.

Excellent value, great base for headingley, everything you need.

We came to watch the cricket. Parking was free & we were able to leave the car there a few hours before check in which was ideal. Location was only a 10 min walk from stadium. Apartment was really comfortable with everything & more than we needed. Complimentary tea/coffee tray & toiletries were a nice touch we weren’t expecting, plus a washing machine & dish washer v useful for longer stays. Flat looked relatively freshly decorated, bathroom looked neatly new. Info on booking.com needs changing; you know longer have to mess about going to a separate location to collect key card. They’ve got key boxes outside the flats & they send you your code & apartment number once you’ve paid. Excellent / quick & friendly communication with staff via phone or email.

Bathroom; Toilet flush panel was hanging off the wall. Handwash in the body lotion dispenser. We couldn’t find an extractor fan so it got very steamed up very quickly.

A perfect location for the four of us whilst visiting Leeds

Spacious and comfortable, close enough to Leeds city centre. Very clean, comfortable mattresses. We visited during a heat wave and the property was very warm even at night, thankfully there was a fan available and house keeping had left the curtains closed, but still extremely warm 🥵. Reception were very helpful when I couldn’t open the key safe - thank you

Burley road is busy so it’s noisy if you like to sleep with the window open. Bring ear plugs!

A family of four and there was plenty of space for us. Loved having a kitchen and lounge area and a bonus having 2 bathrooms

The key boxes. Good idea but none of them opened with the code. It was resolved easily enough after a quick phone call and someone arrived with the key cards. The doors in the flat. They are fire doors and need to be shut but they are often left to bang shut very noisily.

the sofa was filthy had white marks on it the toilet was disgusting the minute you opened the toilet lid you can smell gutter like smell there was no mirrror for close enough to even have a shave let alone do makeuo for my wife no air conditioning the room was like a oven at night timeand floor was sticky there was a small ffan in the storage cupboard but it was broken

lamps near bed in room are needed for dim lighting and mirrors to be able to do shaving or makeup atleast proper cleaning needs to be done if i could see stains on the sofa and the floor was sticky i dont even want to imagine what the bed was like

Lovely spacious Appartment. Balcony and large opening windows were great on the warm days that we were there. Plenty of parking nearby and a short walk to some interesting restaurants. Sitting room was lovely.

We couldn't find a remote control for the main TV ... but didn't use this because we had lots of other things to do. There was only a sofa in the main room rather than a sofa and a comfy chair in the picture. Not quite enough to seat us all.

Excellent stay

I like the location and that it is an apartment complex. There was no noise and it was lovely and quiet. The facilities are great as well as the parking.

It’s a pity that the key for the room is quite a distance away. We had difficulty in putting the hob on, but apart from that the stay was very good.
