Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage mit atemberaubenden Blick über den See. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit weitläufigem Park. Die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant war sehr gut, ebenso die Auswahl des Weins. Das Frühstücksbüffet und der Service beim Frühstück waren ebenfalls sehr gut.
Der Service beim Abendessen im Restaurant ist aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig.

Das Frühstück war gut, das Rührei wurde jedes Mal frisch zubereitet. Die Möglichkeit, in dem exzellenten Restaurant mit seiner hervorragenden Küche zu speisen, können wir allen Reisenden nur bestens empfehlen. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft: ein wunderschöner Blick auf den See und die schneebedeckten Berge - einmalig!

Really beautiful location and view. Parking place included. Tasty breakfast. Kind operating hotel manager.
Unfortunately, we were situated in the side building, which is situated right by the parking lot, it was noisy in the evenings. We were disappointed, because in the reviews, this hotel was labeled as calm place to stay. Because of the Michelin restaurant, the place is really busy and guests are leaving late, so except Monday evening, when the restaurant is closed, we heard all the cars leaving and guests saying goodbyes, till 00:30 at least. During the evening, the staff was using the storage under our apartment frequently, so it was unpleasant and noisy too. They used it even after the guests left, probably to store things, so we heard them even at 1 a.m. in the morning. Another problem was there is no air conditioning and in this especially hot summer, it is crazy. But this is our mistake. We did not check it in advance. This apartment is situated near the exit of the parking lot and there are also trash cans by the exit gate. It smelled a lot, especially at night, when there was the only time to ventilate the room by opening all windows. The fridge/minibar is not working properly. The items inside were not cold. In the shower there is only overhead shower, so if you want to shower, it is not easy to not wash your head every time. And the last problem was there was no place to store our bikes. The staff person, who gave us the keys, when we came, said we could leave the bikes at the terrace/balcony, which is nonsense - it would not be protected at all. It is accessible for anyone to come and take it :( So we rather stored all three bikes in the apartment, which was not very comfortable, but it was safer. I am sorry for writing such review, because we were expecting something absolutely different according to other reviews. The guests probably usually stay in the main building I suppose. Not in this one :( To be fair, I must add, that the hotel operating manager was very kind to us, trying to offer some solution.
