Cosy and warm.

Everything was nice enough.

Bed frame could use an upgrade and also more pillows. The headboard on the bed isn’t fit for purpose.

Nothing, we had to leave 10 minutes after our arrival . Strange rules that were not communicated to us in advanced. We could not comply with them

Not much

It was dirty, full of mosquitoes and so hot. The A/C was not functioning well. That was my worst experience in Italy. I’m sorry to say but that’s the truth

Pleasant stay

The property was very nice, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was very nice, yummy (Italians like their breakfast sweet so expect only sweet things in the morning included in the photo what to expect ;) ). Host was very nice, explained everything and made our stay very pleasant. Our room was cleaned almost everyday. Very pleasant stay and quiet area. Thank you very much.

First fews days the towels provided didnt smell fresh almost as if they were laying for few days (dont get me wrong, they were clean but didnt smell nice) but near the end of our stay the towels were very fresh and smelled really nice.

Beware extra charge for AC usage

It was in a good location just 15 minutes walking from the leaning tower, although not many shops in the nearest area.

We didn't like the bad smell in the room and the policy about Air conditioning usage: they charge you extra 5 euros if you wanna keep it on when you are not inside the room. The room is really poorly insulated and in order to let the bed smell out we had to keep the window open and outside was 30 degrees, so we really needed the AC. Also there was a lot of fluffs in the bedroom, not the cleanest.

The room is clean and comfortable.

The girl at the reception does not speak English but is not really kind. The conversation between the host and that girl seems to be also poor and I received a disturbing message, although I left the money with the reception girl (for taxes). Breakfast is not breakfast, actually, it is very, very poor.

Not safe or clean . A bad start to my holiday.

20 minute walk to the centre. clean sheets and towels cheap coffee ok

not safe. My room key fitted the other rooms which means other could access my room. There was no one there when I arrived. The keys were in a key box which had been left open! It was dark when I arrived so I could see the door or the lock. The room smelled terrible. Very damp and musty. Black patches of damp around the room. Mosquito net damaged. Very dirty dish clothes near the sink. Breakfast was packets of sugary cakes and dry crackers. No milk for the coffee. wouldn’t recommend. Worst place I’ve stayed.

Pleasant

The check-in was very easy and we could self check-in at a time of our convenience. The location was close to the city and the Pisa tower could be reached quickly by foot. The neighborhood felt safe and was relatively quiet. Parking was easy to handle directly in front of the establishment.

The doors were very thin and we could hear a lot of noise from the stairwell and probably also the other rooms. There was mold in the bathroom. There was little natural light in the rooms. The bathroom was a little bit rundown.

Good location, 15 min walk to Pisa Center.

Our room on the first floor had no window, it way really dark. For the breakfast no plates. The milk was expired. The bed on the second floor was broken, moving during sleep. The shower was broken as well. Lots of mosquitos. During rain we had no place to be together.

Good price for value, breakfast and coffee available all day, good check-in experience.

The mosquito net was broken, the water was leaking in the bathroom and it smelled a bit mouldy. The patio wasn't very tidy, and the location is far from the center.

The breakfast was so so. It eas only carbohydrates and sugars , nothing else. Didn’t quite enjoy it

this is not a hotel!!! it’s an old house with room with their own bathroom but it’s not comfortable. it just it was far in a dark area, no one was there to receive me or explain where I should go they just left a paper and that’s all ! The breakfast was soo lame : no milk, no bread, only sweet things and I was in the same house with other young people and they ate everything so I barely had something to eat. they lied that they are in the center of Pisa , and their location is 20 min to the center

It was clean and ok breakfast

If you want to stay in this place, you need to know, that there is zero soundproofing and if there will be some crazy neighbors, you will hear every sound, that they make and if you send video to the host, how awful your neighbors behave, there will be zero reaction. Couldn’t sleep until 2.00 and wake up at 7 in the morning because of the neighbors . I stayed in the room nr 1 and there was really bad smell.

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed it. For only a night stay, i would recommend it.

First of all, there was no one at the hotel when we reached. We had to find parking space and it took around 40-45 minutes for us. Much cleanliness required.

Great location but arrive during the day and be ok with feeling like you’re living in someone else’s guestroom.

The location was very nice in the day time. Close to Pisa’s smaller train station and the plaza with all the main attractions.

At night getting to the hotel was very sketchy feeling, and the whole feeling was sketchy. After arriving at the property the place was very clean, but it still felt gross as it wasn’t presented in the best light. Bedsheets left me itchy.
