Very good.

The place is on the quiet street, but only 15 minutes walk from Leaning Tower. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The checking in was very easy. The breakfast was simple but good and fresh.

Everything was good. It would be great to have a kettle in the room, as there were some tea bags, but no kettle. The room could be painted to be fresh, but for 1 night, it is great.

Excellent location, great parking and brilliant staff who were very helpful. Good for a one night stay to see Pisa.

Bed was hard and so were the pillows and poor sound proofing, room smelt musty and is very dated, average breakfast.

Lovely villa on a quiet street walkable easily to the Tower. Owner very welcoming and adaptable after we made a mistake with our booking. Good breakfast. Recommended.

The location and the breakfast were very nice. The staff were nice too.

Lack of a duvet, no warm water to shower with due to a problem with city plumbing. The bed, bathroom and overall room need to be refreshed to fit the price that they charge. The bed was too short for me and my husband which made it difficult to sleep properly. He is 1,96m and I am 1,68m tall.

A very nice place for a family trip to Pisa.

Very good breakfast, comfy room, very good location to the tourism spot. (Walking about 10 minutes, but that is better than crowd noise). Parking available (their own facility) The lady at the reception kindly recommended a very good restaurant nearby.

Entry to the parking space can be a bit challenging. (if you are a good driver, should not be a problem)

On the booking page it says inchecken 13:30, on the spot I heard from the lady by phone that at 14:30 and I had to wait in the car for 45 minutes. The house needs renovation

We had the BEST experience with the staff who happily accommodated our later check in and was ready greet us in the morning with a warm breakfast. We even received a call from the property when we accidentally left some paperwork in our room, and they wanted to make sure we didn’t need it before disposing of it. Clean room, great location, great AC, zero complaints!We also loved that our car had a secure spot to park overnight.

Exceptional

With its secure, on-site parking, a quiet, secluded room with a separate entrance and small sitting room (ask for the outside room) and helpful staff, we were more than happy to have two stays at Villa Regina. The location is very convenient for accessing the historic centre of the city - with or without a car. A service laundry just up the road was a bonus after a week of travelling.

There was nothing not to like - we would certainly return.

Family feel. Very friendly helpful staff. Short walk to central Pisa. Loved the breakfast room which will be even more wonderful in Summer. Had a double and two singles in our room - very comfortable and perfect for one night. Able to leave luggage there and they booked a taxi for us.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of food. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive and made great coffee. Actual room was a good size with a comfy bed. The villa is located about 10 minutes walk from Pisa tower and surrounding restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

Pleasant

Decent location, very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful building with alot of potential, hosts were attentive.

Unfortunately the photos are not representative of how the rooms actually look. The whole place is very dated, with poor, cheap finishing - has alot if potential but is just not there. I found it very poor value for money. My primary issue was the noise levels, you could hear absolutely everything, absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever, especially in the morning so much noise coming from the hosts chatting and having coffee - quite unprofessional i found. Hosts were nice and accommodating overall just seemed to lack awareness of running a professional accommodation. Could not recommend to stay here.

Fantastic breakfast, free parking behind the fence, very good location - 10mins walk to leaning tower, friendly stuff speaking english, good wifi, windows were protected againts mosquitos intrusion - very important here!

The only weak spot was bathroom - narrow and short entrance, gap betwen shower doors when closed so the water was splashing on the floor, it was obvious there was a problem with humidity on the walls.

Very good

Free parking, friendly staff on arrival, great location in a quiet residential area, 10 mins walk to the Tower of Pisa. The house itself is beautiful. The room was good for a family of 4 and the beds were comfy. We didn't have breakfast as had to leave early so can't comment on that but it was available. 20 mins drive to the airport across town.
