Don’t bother.

It was close to Pisa tower.

The manager/owner did not advise us how to check in despite me advising in advance of timing. We arrived only to be bitten by mosquitoes at the entrance and called the manager several times. No answer. When we eventually did get through he had the cheek to tell us to leave and he will return our funds after I complained. We were left stranded outside (two ladies) for a long time wondering if we should book elsewhere. Booking.com line were so unhelpful as well. There was not even an apology from the staff.”. The room and bathroom hygiene standards were poor and the bathroom required a key, bathroom is not attached to the room.

Well equiped room and bathroom

The bed broke. It had already been broken and fixed with cheap materials. I didn't jump, i didn't put excessive weight. It broke when I tried to get on it. Even if the bed wasn't broken, the matress was awful. The bathroom outside of the room is annoying. You have to look the bedroom and the bathroom anythime you change room.

المواصات المذكورة غير صحيحة حجزت غرفة بحمام خاص ولكن عند الوصول اعطوني غرفة بحمام خارج الغرفة وكانت تجربة جداً سيئة. وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في Booking لم يفعلوا شيئاً فقط انتظر وسوف نشاهدك واتصلت عدة مرات على بريطانيا والدنمارك ولم يقدموا سوا اعذار لا تقدم ولا تأخر وقد تم الاحتيال عليي فعلاً

I liked that the place was clean, the coffee you can make in the machine is very good too and the location is excellent!!

But the place was cold! so it was uncomfortable and I will suggest to place there some things to cook, because there is an oven, a microwave, a fridge, but there are only glasses, so you cannot cook anything, you don't even have a fork or a knife. That will make the kitchen functional because it is really nice but cannot be used.

bella cameretta pisana e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Camera silenziosa(anche se eravamo gli unici occupanti della struttura), completa di tutti i principali servizi, con uso di cucina completa e soggiorno in comune. Abbiamo usufruito del cambio asciugamani giornaliero. La camera offre climatizzatore indipendente, tv e bagno abbastanza ampio, oltre a piccola cabina armadio per abiti e valigie. In strada il parcheggio è agevole ed a pagamento solo la mattina.

Arredo migliorabile e datato. La scala di accesso è piuttosto ripida. Il bagno è senza bidet e con sanitrit, per cui bisogna fare attenzione a non gettare oggetti nel wc, ma già avevo esperienza con tale impianto. Check-in autonomo.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem waren sie bei Problemen schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt und man kann in einer halben Stunde zu Fuß den Bahnhof erreichen, um auch Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Pisa Turm ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Die Zimmer und Badezimmer hätten häufiger gereinigt werden können. Trotzdem war die Sauberkeit angemessen.

Bem localizado, próximo de estações de autocarro e da Torre de Pisa, zona calma e a casa é acolhedora, com os confortos mínimos necessários para uma estadia curta

As toalhas da casa de banho estão a precisar de ser substituídas, havia alguns mosquitos dentro da habitação mas penso ter sido culpa nossa por abrir a janela que dá ao jardim. Não é fornecida água potável, nem café ou chá.

La ubicación. La tranquilidad para dormir. La amplitud y el aseo. Comodidad. Equipada con todo lo necesario. Muy fácil de llegar.

Sconsigliato: esperienza da incubo

La pulizia era inesistente: pavimenti sporchi, bagno trascurato, un livello igienico totalmente inaccettabile. Ma il peggio deve ancora venire: una telecamera puntata proprio tra bagno e camera. Una violazione gravissima della privacy, di cui ci siamo accorti solo dopo. Inquietante e assolutamente inaccettabile. Alle 21 è andata via la corrente. Abbiamo provato più volte a contattare la proprietaria, senza ricevere risposta per ore. Alle 24 ancora tutto al buio, con cellulari scarichi, cancello bloccato (funzionante solo con la corrente) e nessuna luce di emergenza, che per legge dovrebbe essere presente. Dovevamo partire alle 4 di mattina per l’aeroporto: eravamo bloccati dentro senza sapere come uscire. Alla fine, in preda all’ansia, abbiamo chiamato i Carabinieri, che a loro volta hanno coinvolto i Vigili del Fuoco. Sono stati loro ad aprire il cancello e a constatare che il contatore era nascosto dietro un quadro (!) e che mancavano tutte le dotazioni di sicurezza basilari per una struttura ricettiva. Come se non bastasse, ci è stata chiesta una tassa di soggiorno fuori regola: 2,50€ a persona per 4 notti, per un totale di 20 euro. Peccato che eravamo solo io e mio figlio e, come da regolamento del Comune, i bambini sotto i 10 anni sono esenti. Totale dovuto: 10 euro e lasciate in stanza come richiesto. E invece hanno provato a farne pagare il doppio e ancora lì chiedono.

La TV non si vedeva, Il Bagno fuori dalla Stanza, Non c'era la Colazione e al momento dell'acquisto era indicato con Prima colazione anche perché 80 e passa euro senza colazione è un furto!

15 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, es war beeindruckend als man um die Ecke bog und auf einmal steht da der Schiefe Turm. Parkplätze zu genüge vorhanden. Man muss ein Ticket ziehen, aber die Preise sind ein Traum. Haben für 2 volle Tage 7€ gezahlt. Das Fußballstadion ist direkt vor Ort. Es gab sogar ein Spiel, aber es sind alle ruhig und gesittet zu ihren Rollern und Autos gegangen. Man hatte keine Sekunde ein ungutes Gefühl oder übermäßige Lärmbelästigung.

L’acqua calda non funzionava ed ho dovuto dare di matto per richiedere un intervento che poi è arrivato ed è stato risolutivo. La signora delle pulizie ha lasciato la ns camera visibilmente aperta esponendoci a rischi considerato che avevamo le ns cose.

Molto vicino alla Torre di Pisa, perfetto per un viaggio veloce per vedere le cose principali. Posto silenzioso, si dorme bene.

Il rapporto proprietario-cliente molto freddo ed inesistente. Non c’era nessuno a riceverci ne a domandare niente. Ti mandano un messaggio su booking con un numero cellulare per inviargli una foto delle carte d’identità e lasciarli la tassa di soggiorno. I cuscini erano duri.
