Near of restaurants and parking in front of the hotel. Warmful team on the reception, and the breakfast was available early morning to allow us take it before leaving.

Noisy, air conditioning controls broken, switch buttons broken off, toilet door didn’t close at all, room way to hot but open the window and way too noisy with traffic(I get that’s out of control of the hotel) didn’t sleep well at all. Room looked tired

The room was clean and comfortable, as was the bed , TV played netflix and prime in English so that was good. Plenty of storage. Breakfast was good .

No air con or fan the room was very warm, had to open the window but the road outside was very busy all night! No food in the evening, even though to be fair there are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Had to ask for coffee and milk as there was none. Not enough plug sockets. This hotel is advertised as a four star not sure it should be.

It would be nice to have an accessible room The accessible shower was lovely with plenty of free toiletries. It was a lovely comfortable room which was great for a stopover before the ferry. Calais looks like an interesting town to explore and on future visits I would consider staying an extra night to explore the town. Plenty of close on street parking.

It would be nice to have an accessible room that was twin beds and we did have to move a couple of bits of furniture to enable me to get my wheelchair around the room. Toilets was a bit of a squeeze with the grab rail being very close for anyone if a larger size to sit in the loo! Can only get my wheelchair down one side of the bed.

A wonderful resting place when you visit Calais

The hotel was wonderfully situated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and the bedroom were spotless and there was no worry at all about getting cozy and comfortable. The tea service provided was so nice, and we had a view of the sea from our 5th floor.

Great location, comfy, quiet room at the back of the hotel. Plenty of hot water. Choice for breakfast. Polite., helpful staff, especially the receptionist from Greece ( apologies I can't remember his name).

The staff member was welcoming.

No tea bags or milk in either room. Loud music until 3am and when you have children with disabilities this was a nightmare. We asked for a room close to each other and instead the other room with my husband and one of our children was on a different floor. Only one small water bottle. No snacks or drinks in the reception area that would have been nice to purchase, only a small alcohol bar. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or be returning.

Outdated joke; Standard Queen Room with limited sea view.

Location close to Calais ferry port and restaurants.

Room facilities advertised by booking.com was incorrect. For instance, no coffee table present, no balcony view and no tea/coffee maker was given to us, even though we paid for these. Carpet in room could do with a replacement. Email sent to customer service was ignored. Sea view was quite limited. A stale experience, won't be using booking.com again, better options later discovered with Airbnb.
