It was okay but certainly not as I expected for the money paid.

Check in and check out staff very pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was quiet which was good.

There were no lights on the stair cases and corridors which was very dangerous.

Walked in, walked straight back out.

Pictured are fake. The owner was unapproachable despite speaking French. The room he showed me was disgusting, so bad I walked back out and didn’t stay. Cigarette stains everywhere and stank of cigarette smoke. Decor somewhat resembles a bunker from world war 2.

We didn't stay, we couldn't, we paid out more money and travelled through the night to get a ferry home.

Nothing!! It is a health hazard and not fit for purpose, we stayed an hour and left. Biggest waste of money ever

Everything, it was dirty, unkept, smelly, we didn't want to sit on the beds even, there were stains on the sheets, bathroom was gross. Wires hanging, nothing was nice about it. Gross

It’s near to the ferry port

Doesn’t match the pictures. Was not clean. The bathroom was mouldy the carpet was gross and overall the building was falling apart. My balcony didn’t lock (not safe) and the walls must have been made of paper because I could hear every word of the neighbouring rooms. Safe to say we djd not sleep well. Booking.com should not have this advertised so easily.

Why Booking.com has this hotel on the site is a mystery. Very disappointing stay.

The room size was adequate, and the receptionist was helpful.

Bathroom facilities were deplorable. The tiles and the shower are very shabby and mouldy, and the door wouldn't close. The hallway windowsills were dusty and the carpets shabby. Television didn't work and the internet wouldn't connect, although the receptionist did try to help, the connection disappeared as soon as I returned to my room. The chair was broken. A full refund would be acceptable.

Room & bath room acceptable for 1 night over before proceeding to Belgium (Banneux). Acceptable distance from Leshuttle Terminal.

Road closed & adjoining roads were ' directional routes' , not easy arrival at the Hotel not easy 1) no lift to the (our room) 3rd floor room 19 -- 2) no breakfast provided (or available) 3) TV disconnected with damage lead well exposed "hazard' in Health & safety regulations - British standards. 4) not much cafes around at easy reach. 5) General cleanliness of the was 'poor' BUT MANAGED TO GET SOME SLEEP BEFORE - restart our journey.

Location-it is exactly in the city center.

It was hard to find available parking nearby, as it was evening Saturday when we arrived. I do not want to mention that hotel is old, it was in previous comments, and we expected that. Towels, pillowcases were fresh, but bedsheet was with sand.

The luxury hotel price for such a decaying, filty and disgusting structure. I once spent a night in a cheap hotel at the border betwen India and Nepal and it was way better than Pacific hotel value for money.

Terrible, shocking service, should not be on booking.com

The hotel cancelled our booking about 2 hours before we arrived, and only told us when we called to say we were arriving after 10pm. The excuse they gave was that my card had been declined and they had tried to reach us to arrange payment, but the decline notification email only came through after the phone call, so this appears to have been a lie. I will be seeking compensation for the extra money we had to pay getting the eurotunnel a day early.

Nothing. Although relatively clean, the room was in a very poor state of repair. The beds were old and uncomfortable. We were awoken at 2-3 am by what appeared to be drunk men walking the corridors out side our room.

This facility was not what I expected and indeed, was not as advertised. Photos are very deceiving and the room we had was nothing like pictured. There were drunk men pacing the corridor outside of our room at 2-3am.

Nothing went well. This place should be taken off the list of available places to stay. The room was horrible. The bed wasn't even made. It was litterally third world material. I am confident I contracted scabies or bed bites from my brief 5 hour stay at this atrocious hotel.
