Good position near the port area. Surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Decent breakfast. Private secure parking. Easy access to The Channel Tunnel.

Stayed here 2 years ago and had a great stay. Not this time. The room allocated to us was grubby. Lighting was poor. Stained carpet, stains on walls, badly chipped paintwork. Very poor and not worth the price charged.

Avoid if you want to sleep

Location - stayed before. Breakfast.

The blinds on the window didn’t close (stuck) and the room was bathed with sodium light from outside all night - hard to sleep. Ironically the bulb in the lamp was broken, so outside light was all we had! Very poorly maintained hotel.

Comfortable and convienient - great value for money.

The room was quiet and comfortable with seating. Breakfast is always nice there, the usual cold buffet which suits me. Parking can be tricky but I booked a space in the carpark.

The room could benefit from usb plugs near the bed for phone and ipad. The TV remote didn’t work properly (forgot to report it).

Very good location in Calais. Nice modern hotel. Breakfast choice was good and prices were reasonable. Also staff on front desk were helpful even though there was a mix up with all our bookings.

Mix up with the bookings. Some of our party had booked directly, some using booking.com so some people didn't have a booking at all. But staff rectified this.

We like the hotel and the location, but may not return as easy parking and a quiet night is importxnt when travelling.

Parking is limited and cannot be prebooked. It was very difficult to find parking nearby. Especially as there was a show in the nearby square. Very noisy in the street at the bar opposite till beyond 1.00 am. The AC hardly cools the bedroom. The shower door is insufficient - water seeps through to the floor.

Nice place to stopover on the way to Europe mainland from UK or Ireland or other way around.

It’s a second time we have chosen to stop over in this hotel on our trip from Ireland to Italy. Central location is very convenient for ferry or Eurotunnel crossings. There is a very good choice of bars and restaurants nearby as well as free street parking. Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly personnels.

We had stayed the night before in a similar IBIS hotel in Limoges , we expected the same facilities in this one , we always stay in an IBIS hotels throughout Europe and the U k , sadly this one in Calais looked a tad tired and the breakfast was only half of what we got the night before Would we stay there again , Yes we would , but it could have been better

Location is perfect. Room was clean, breakfast was good. The maintance person was really helpful and friendly.

Tv was smashed when we got into the room, air con didn’t work so had to sleep with window open and there was lots of noise throughout the night. No tea or coffee facilities. There were coffee machines downstairs but switched off (must just be for breakfast).
