Great location, very dog friendly with very friendly staff. Clean, tidy and a really nice breakfast
Was a bit nervous with the parking but found a space ok albeit at the back of some apartments that made me double check the locks

Good location overlooking the Channel and beach. Plenty of local eateries nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking although you might have to wait for beach visitors to leave before you can find a space. Kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, kettle and fridge is a nice useful touch. Good value for money.
Some might feel it needs redecorating and is a bit basic.
There is no lift so don’t book a sea view room if you have mobility issues as no ground floor rooms have that view (we were changed from a sea view to ground floor rooms and did not regret it - it had the same space).
