Good amenities for a 1 night stay. Good location after a ferry crossing. Staff friendly. Pretty clean too.
We were on the 3rd floor and the windows opened completely - it just didn't feel safe to have them open at all with young children. The room got very hot with a young family in. It would be great if they installed some safety catches so you could just open the windows a little to let some air in.
The fridge was too cold and when we tried to drink our bottled water in the morning it was frozen!
Family room on the 3rd floor was a bit impractical with luggage and young children - navigating stairs.

Location hard to find . Booked a sea view but it was sideways on .. not at the front ..
