Quiet and conveniently close to Calais port. Good bar at very reasonable prices

I have used this hotel several times. The worst bit is finding it around the streets of Calais in the dark. We always just miss dinner in the restaurant, wish if was open until 1030pm

Comfortable hotel close to the ferry

Efficient check in. Friendly service. Very clean room. Lovely comfortable bed with nice linen and extra pillows. Good shower. The restaurant was closed - not open on weekends - but the receptionist made us food from the snack menu. Very nice it was too. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon as well as the usual cold offerings. An easy 10 minute drive to the ferry.

The room was quite small but sufficient for an overnight stay.

Short stay before taking the ferry

Decent hotel for a stay when you need to take the ferries as is close. Also, it’s very nice that you allow pets and the rooms are clean with nice heating especially in winter ❄️

Overall the breakfast is lovely, but the scrambled eggs are oddly creamy and weird and don’t really taste like eggs?? Everything else is fine 🙂

Great hot water for showers. Nice breakfast area. Great cleaners. corridors looked a little tired , but it said they were being renovated. great location for local bus route, which is free. 5 min walk to grocery shop..

Lovely welcome at reception, secure car park. The room was clean and well laid out, and coffee and tea were available. Good selection at the restaurant, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time.

Beds were comfy and shower room clean

Not enough large towels for 2 people The room was very small The hotel looks very delapidated from the outside and needs some attention The promised restaurant was closed and only bar snacks were available - we should have been notified of this before we arrived. Breakfast was adequate. But hot food was limited The area around where the hotel is situated looks slummy.

Glass of wine we had was of the poorest quality ever. Trees on the parking had birds which meant some serious bird-droppings on the car. We didn’t have a chance to test the restaurant.

Used previously due to location to shuttle crossing, service from LIsa who checked us in and served drinks.

After driving for 7 hours and checking in and paying only to be to told the restaurant was closed that evening, if I'd been made aware I would have cancelled. We ended up ordering very poor takeaway to be delivered WON'T be using you again

Everything is a bit dated, rooms are very small and the hotel is too pricey for the standards. Breakfast was quite sad, eggs were really old and overcooked but they very nice madelens and small pain au chocolat.

Handy hotel… avoid restaurant!

Very convenient for travelling on eurotunnel. Clean and comfortable. Very hardworking staff.

Avoid using restaurant. Receptionist was chef, waitress and bartender whilst trying to check in guests. Meals are microwave meals which can be heated whilst the member of staff is trying to do so many other things at the same time. If you do stay there done food options close by so use those instead. staff member remained calm and professional during what looked like a very stressful shift… hotel management really need to look at this.

Basic, clean stay with hot shower

Clean. Comfortable bed. A hot shower that worked and drained. Good breakfast. Handy for an excellent Pizza restaurant/takeaway called Pizza Fam’s - 5 minutes walk. Good (and large) car park. Handy for nearby Intermarche supermarket.

No electrical sockets by the bed or in the bathroom. The only sockets in our room were over the far side of the room under the window (a minor point but not convenient for charging your phone). Decor is basic but clean. Small TV but it did work well. No lift.
