Awful

The property was not how they portrayed in the advertisement. It was warn and not well kept. It was freezing when we got there the heaters are inadequate, wall paper ripped and the shower was not safe enough to shower in. When you turned the knob to the of position it stayed on. The only way the shower turned of was from the main switch. We didn’t trust that it was wired correctly to use

Romantic weekend away!

The location was amazing. Me and my partner had the most amazing weekend. Just what we needed! The hot tub was fantastic, very private and secluded. The cabin was a good size, lovely bedroom with a very comfy clean bed. Most definitely will recommend to friends and family and will be staying here again soon I'm sure.

The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable especially when we wanted to snuggle up in front the tv in the evening but we manage and it definitely didn't ruin our weekend! I few extra kitchen utensils would for helped when cooking in the evening but again we managed. Also no tea towel, which it said there would be!. Heater didn't work in the lounge but the cabin was warm anyway due to warmth coming from the bedroom. Don't be put off by any of these problems. The place is amazing and we definitely will be staying here again one day!

The hut would really benefit from revamping, it looked like some of the bathroom had been but the rest was worn out, minimal and basic, would also benefit if a small outside table was available

The property was out of the way and quiet and private - very cozy and clean throughout and site was quiet

The only complaint we have is it was a dog friendly cabin where dogs had to be kept on lead when outside which is understandable however, it would have been nice to have a gate to our hut - there was a fence and steps so would have been good to have a gate for safety if the dog got out for any reason or so we could leave him out when using the hot tub facilities

Very Basic

Lovely and peaceful in the woodlands. Hot tub was brilliant!

It was all very very basic. Only one toilet roll, TV was broken, only one cup to drink out of., The cooker needs a good clean as it set our fire alarm off as it had not been cleaned for so long! No soap or anything extra in the bathroom. The kitchen area looked very dated. Genuinely looked very very basic and a redecorate/paint would make a big difference here.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, cabins were lovely and the hot tub was the giant cherry on the cake , we will definitely book again big thanks from the small family 👌

A shop would have been nice , but far from the end of the world and didn’t spoil a thing for us
