The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with a conservatory. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and two Netflix-enabled Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single with pull-out bed (can be made twin on request), both rooms have Jack-and-Jill access to an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking. Within 3.2 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Beautiful landscapes like the Preselli Mountains, the Pembrokeshire coastline walk, the Gower Peninsula, and the Brecon Beacons are easily accessible in all directions.
