Skeabost View Pods Skye

After 16 days in Scotland, this was by far a highlight. The area is so serene and beautiful, and Anne was so incredibly hospitable and welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed, including marshmallows to roast over the fire! The location was perfectly central within Skye and having such a peaceful home base each day brought absolute magic. The camping pod was so spacious and well equipped, and it was the most comfortable bed I slept on. When I reminisce about my unforgettable trip, this is truly a stand out stay.

The pod was comfortable, clean with good facilities. Essentials were provided which were welcomed as shops not close by. Free wi-fi and the information pack provided was really helpful.

While the location of the pod was good for exploring the sights in Skye, they are located approx 5 miles from the nearest town not ideal if you are looking to dine out.

Beautiful rural setting. Self contained pod. Very comfortable and Ann has been a fantastic host.

Nothing not to like.

It is a cosy stay. If wanting the comfort of a big room or amenities of a hotel then obviously this is not the place. But the pod was clean, served its simple purpose. Great pleasant digs for a couple. Close enough to Portree so was not an issue since we had a car.
