Donmar - great stay!!

Extremely comfortable and easy to settle in. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry facilities. Both guest rooms were very comfortable and clean with ensuite bathrooms. Great for a family or 2 couples. Lovely setting and garden area. Good parking. Would stay again for sure.

Absolutely loved our stay at Donmar Cottage. Only a 10 minute drive from Portree. Very comfortable and we were able to cook for ourselves. Anjelika very helpful when we had an issue. It was lovely in the country. Highly recommended. Great base for exploring Skye

Wonderful stay in the Isle of Skye

Only a short drive out of Portree the location was superb with amazing views. Very comfortable for our group with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen so we could cook breakfast to start our day! Also a washing machine and dryer was a bonus for our 4 night stay. Recommend the Sunday roast down the road at Skeabost hotel was amazing also and recommended by our host. Would definitely stay here again as a good base for exploring the Isle of Skye.

the location, central, the beautiful garden with benches to sit in, the lovely sofa and beds. the reception. everything was complete, there was everything you need. The vieuw from the house, every window in the kitchen was like A painting view ( 3) the decor was tasteful, there were folders with tips about the island, there were several books and a book with instructions, in short, great.

The wifi , both did not worked.

Property is a few minutes outside Portree, farm like environment. Nice and quiet. The kitchen are well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view from the kitchen windows. Living room nice and cozy. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and the beds slept well.

Great place to stay!

Everything! The location is perfect, central to all is to see in Skye, about 30 minutes. Only 10 mn from Portree. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is big and bright, full of light! Well equipped for a few days staying.

Amazing and to repeat.

This property is absolutely brilliant. Secluded and close from everything all at once. The view is mesmerising specifically when it rains. The kitchen is amazing and super well equipped with really good stuff. The beds are super comfortable and the entire house feels like home.

Donmar Cottage was the perfect spot for our group of four. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and the location was great. We especially loved the cozy kitchen.

The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable for our family. The location is about 15 minutes from Portree and very quiet. The view at the back is picturesque. We experienced fast WiFi although there is no cell signal inside the house. The host answered all questions promptly. We can’t be happier.

A beautiful stay in Skye - would have loved to stay longer.

The cottage truly was a lovely cottage - pretty front yard and lovely view with the backyard. Rooms were clean, well supplied, and very comfortable. Heating units worked well and kitchen was well equipped with a nice table to eat at together. Washer and dryer were helpful. Private parking. There is a bus that runs from central Portree to a stop RIGHT next to the cottage - which was easy and convenient - but not sure how often the bus runs. Very quiet area since it is not in the middle of Portree.

Know that it is about a 25-30 minute drive to Portree from the cottage. With a car, getting around is easy - to Portree or the hiking trails and the rest of Skye. The hosts talked about Wifi in the house and installed extenders to help. Even so, Wifi could be spotty and a bit weak, but available. But just FYI if you need strong Wifi.

A dream house in countryside perfect for family came from city. 15 min.drive from Co-op Potree. Fully equipped kitchen to cook dinner. Would definitely recommend to anyone who comes to Skye for holiday.

great place with lovely views

the property is in a fantastic location, the views are soo nice and is just great for a family of 4 or 6. we loved it and hope that next time we go to Skye we can go and stay there again! definitely recommended

the wifi is horrible, they mention having extenders because of the thick walls but they do not work, the only place where you can get a good signal is the living room where the router is. so if you need wifi for working probably best to find somewhere else, however if you are travelling for a getaway/holiday is great!

Excellent!

This is the perfect location to enjoy the Isle of Skye. Beautiful view of the country side sitting on a bech in the backyard or out the windows. The house is spacious and feels like home with comfortable furnishings and a large country kitchen with everything needed to cook. The location is right off of one of the main loop roads making for easy access and an early start on sightseeing. Portree is about 5 miles away. Donmar cottage was the nicest place we stayed during our 1 month vacation in Soctland/Great Britain.

The location was perfect as it is just ten minutes from Portree. It is close to wonderful fly fishing on the Snizort river and not too far from all the other must-see attractions. Donmar cottage is away from all the hustle & bustle, so it's the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

spacious house with magnificent views with a friendly owner

space , the amazing views from the house, the big kitchen and de nice beds upstairs

shower downstairs and the tv was to small for the size of the living room. check out was quit early, and the garden could have more options like maybe a table and a view chairs and like a slide or swing for childeren

The location of Donmar cottage was absolutely perfect. Just 10 minutes from Portree on an incredibly scenic piece of land. The home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It felt just like home. LOOK NO FURTHER! You have found your rental. I cannot wait to return.
