Very clean, nice decor, friendly host. The central Portree location was perfect for the sites on Skye and for restaurants and groceries. All our needs we met.
We were late making it to check in because we stopped at a castle on the way. Our host was very accommodating, but we did feel guilty making them wait. A simple solution would be to add a key safe at the cabin and a note explaining the small details the host told us at arrival. It would allow guests more flexibility for their arrival time and free the host up for those occasions when guests need to arrive later than the suggested check-in period.

Good location. Very cozy. All equipment worked great. It's a cute little cottage. Was a great base to explore the region and there were plenty of electrical outlets! (a rarity in the UK)
The room is right on the parking lot, so if someone is partying and coming back late, you do hear it. Also, would have be nice to have screens on the windows for all of the bugs. It was very hot when we were there and couldn't really open the windows to cool off without getting tons of bugs in the room.

The location was perfect - just a short scenic walk to town square. The property was very clean, private, and included all of the essential amenities. Cooking tools were great and allowed us the flexibility to cook and store/reheat leftovers.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.
