The cabin has a stunning view out over Loch Snizort and is a perfect base for exploring Skye. Even when the weather’s a bit dreich, the surroundings are beautiful and the cabin itself provides a welcoming and comfortable retreat. The owners were very helpful and provided an iron when I needed one.
I wish wish I earned enough money to stay here more regularly.

Keys were waiting at checkin. Easy to find, amazing location and view! The cabin photos don’t do it justice, lovely place!!
Wood fired hot tub is not convenient when want to take a quick dip but we knew this when reserving it.

This was our best stay in 3+ weeks in Scotland. The Rotunda is a super comfortable room - light and airy with views of the sheep pasture leading down to the loch and the hills on the other side. The very private hot tub was a wonderful feature - make sure to go light on the amount of wood - it can easily get too hot. The location is also excellent - it's very close to Portree but you're far enough away enough to really enjoy being in rural Skye. Talkative sheep as neighbors, as well as cows and a friendly horse. Willie and Marlene are very helpful hosts - nice people and fun to talk with.
