a true catfish in every sense of the word

the location is good if you travelling on the next day right next to the main routes out of the city

The room was ingrained with with smoke the pillows had stains on them which resembled a good night out!! The room while clean just felt dirty and nothing like the photos. ok for a one night stay off everywhere else is expensive but not worth the money paid

The greeting at Reception was excellent. The room was good and well decorated, but a few easily remedy issues let it down.

As the door to the room opens it reveals the electricity junction box in all its glory sitting above the wardrobe area. A simple piece of plasterboard would easily remedy this ugly spot which spoils the room. The built-in desk area had trim missing and exposed chipboard that clothes kept catching on. The room above must have had felt pads missing from the chair legs which someone constantly dragged across the floor from 7.00 til 9.00am. Good coffee machine but only two capsules!! Small details that marred our enjoyment and lack of coffee seemed 'penny-pinching' which was a shame. Would we stay again - probably not as plenty of other hotels in area.

After reading the other reviews I didn’t expect to dislike this hotel as much as I did. The front of the hotel is ok however the back of the hotel is disgusting with trash and even laundry hung on the bushes. Trash along the back and sides. Staff oddly encouraged us to park in the front, we found out why is to not see the mess.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, including in curtains, etc: someone had been smoking a lot inside the room or immediately outside, where there was a pot full of cigarette butts.

Easy parking, blinds (very dark to sleep), comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, coffee machine in the room, quiet

Renovation looks cheap in the bedroom, some parts were already deteriorated (doors), not clean at all (toilet, night table, floor, etc.), felt discomfort, too few towels, makes it not good value for money

Il y avait un employé extrêmement arrogant.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Lors de ma première visite, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé: la chambre est extrêmement propre, l’emplacement est excellent et l’environnement très calme, offrant confort et tranquillité. Malheureusement, durant ce séjour, j’ai vécu une situation inconfortable. J’ai reçu deux amis à des horaires tout à fait normaux: le premier vers 13h pour m’apporter le déjeuner, et le second vers 16h. Vers 17h, j’ai été abordée par une employée qui, de manière autoritaire, a affirmé que je ne pouvais pas recevoir de visite, en répétant sur un ton impératif: Vous avez compris ? Il ne faut plus recevoir personne. » J’ai trouvé cette approche gênante et irrespectueuse. J’ai consulté le site de l’hôtel afin de vérifier s’il existait une interdiction concernant les visites et je n’ai rien trouvé, et je n’ai pas non plus été informée lors du check-in. De plus, l’employée ne portait ni badge ni uniforme identifiable, ce que je considère inapproprié pour un établissement qui se veut soucieux de la sécurité et du professionnalisme. C’est regrettable que cela se soit produit, car j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel ainsi que ma première expérience positive. J’espère que la direction pourra revoir ces situations, en garantissant des règles claires et un accueil respectueux pour tous les clients.

L"emplacement calme "côté pelouse", l'espace de la chambre, la salle de bains, le coin café-thé en chambre très appréciable, fauteuil du bureau, literie, petit déjeuner corrects

attention aux "trous" de fumeurs sur les éléments de literie, les escaliers un peu abruptes, et de fait pas d'ascenseur pour les chambres en étage,

Rennes par le froid

Décoration sympa. Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle. Hotel calme et pratique. Machine espresso dans la chambre appréciable. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec du choix.

Le sol de la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé : il y avait des traces. Pour moi, il manque un liquide-savon pour se laver les mains. Le petit déjeuner est à surveiller notamment les oeufs "brouillés" qui étaient en fait avariés même si le personnel a été très réactif...c'était la mauvaise surprise !

Allotjament prop de Rennes per visitar la Bretanya.

Confortabilitat de l'allotjament en general. Atenció rebuda pel personal en la recepció i durant l'estada. Un bon esmorzar.

Per anar a esmorzar des de l'habitació cal sortir a l'exterior. De les 4 nits només les dues primeres van fer el llit. La tercera nit no es poder dormir ja que l'habitació contigua no van parar de parlar i cridar.

Chambre refaite à neuf, très bien décorée, très propre, fonctionnelle. Il ya une machine espresso et le confort est agréable. Les lumières sont diversifiées pour une ambiance. Le petit déjeuner est copieux tout y rest. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable.

Les chambres sont dans un autre bâtiment, l'été ok, l'hiver ça craint pour prendre son petit déjeuner, la porte de la salle de bain ne se verrouillé pas on avait qu'un pass pour la chambre, côté petit déjeuner, pour 12,90€ par personne ça vaut pas le coup, mini blinis mini pain au chocolat, mini croissant, 2 tranches de brioches, on est des adultes quoi ...bof bof a ce prix j ai vu mieux.

Chambre simple avec un bon rapport qualité/prix dans la périphérie de Rennes

L'établissement se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel, donc au calme. A quelques minutes à pied se trouve : un supermarché, des restaurants, un petit parc... Un parking gratuit et privé est disponible. La chambre était bien équipée.

Le SAS d'entrée de la chambre avait une odeur bizarre. Les fenêtres donnent sur le couloir donc difficile d'aérer ou d'ouvrir la fenêtre en préservant l'intitmité (heureusement, il y avait la clim :) )
