This was a good apartment in a convenient location for the metro and for walking or cycling around.

Spacious and well located apartment. Clean and reasonably well equipped and comfortable. Good shower and comfy beds.

Air conditioning wasn't working well. It was uncomfortably warm at night, Reported to host but no reply.

Very good location & facilities. Some basic stuff provided (like dishwasher tabs) which is not so obvious in other apartments.

The apartment is spacious, very cosy, peaceful, at excellent location (you can reach the city centre on feet), 10min walking from the metro station. The receptionist is extremely polite. Excellent view from the balconies.

Very hot even in September, we had to use the air conditioning almost all time. One of the beds was not very comfortable.

our stay was good but because of the bathroom I wouldn’t stay there again

the apartment was a good size ,the host was very friendly and helpful the location was good

when we arrived the air conditioning was broken and we were told it had happened that morning,which I later discovered on looking back past reviews this had been a problem since July ,they came the next day to try and fix it and at least got it working ,as you can see from the photos this is what the bathroom ceiling looked like with a pipe coming from the ceiling into the shower which dripped water all the time

Really nice apartment in general. Good location, sunny, bright. Very comfortable and clean.

The hot water and the boiler is a bit tricky. It tends to not have hot water so you have to go to the roof and turn it on by yourself. Other than that, we did not have problems.

Las camas se les sentían los muelles y mis dos niños tuvieron dolor de espalda, una gotera en el baño que no dejaba dormir, el poco aislamiento de las ventanas con el ruido de afuera.

Goede locatie, niet ver van metro. Loopafstand centrum. Gedateerd appartement.

Appartement op 6 hoog met lift te bereiken. In de woonkamer zijn stoelen bij de tafel versleten. Over de bank is een vies plaid. Ruimte is goed. Uitzicht mooi. Klein balkon. Keuken goed. Met koffiezetapparaat. Wel zelf filters en koffie aanschaffen.

De bedden in kleine slaap kamer hebben spiraalmatras. Bed in grote slaapkamer piept. Badkamer heeft gat in plafond, met afvoerslang van de airco die bij de douche kraan hangt. Je krijgt één wc rol en één set handdoeken. Ongeacht duur van verblijf. Verder heel veel geluidsoverlast. Beneden is een restaurant/bar. Tot midden in de nacht lawaai. Aan de overkant straat een hostel. Tijdens ons verblijft ook veel lawaai tot midden in de nacht. Ook verkeerslawaai. Dus goede oordoppen mee.

Soggiorno in una Valencia sempre bellissima!

L’appuntamento è molto pulito e molto luminoso. Posizione ideale perfetto vicinissimo al cento della città, ad un passo dal mercato centrale. Personale molto gentile all’accoglienza che parlava molto bene anche l’italiano.

Il prezzo è un po’ alto per un appartamento bello ma che comincia a risentire del passaggio del tempo. Orari del check-out variati durante il soggiorno.

Gute Lage des Apartments - man darf sich jedoch nicht zu viel erwarten.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut!

Generell gut Ausgestattet, aber schon sehr abgenutzt und abgewohnt. Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem und haben bei jeder kleinen Bewegung lautstark gequietscht. Die Badezimmertür schleift am Boden, war sehr schwer zu öffnen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war alles andere als einfach - wir haben über 3 verschiedene Kanäle kommuniziert und es hat trotzdem nicht wirklich gut geklappt.

Excelente ubicación. Muy accesible desde la estación ferroviaria y para ir al aeropuerto de Valencia en metro.
