Sauber, urig, Frühstück und Abendessen waren lecker. Zimmerausstattung war gut. Personal war grundsätzlich nett, leider konnten sie kein gutes Deutsch, was die Verständigung etwas erschwert hat. Man musste oft auf Englisch zurückgreifen.
Personal etwas aufdringlich, wenn es um das Bezahlen ging. Im Flur, egal welches Stockwerk, hat es ständig nach Essen gerochen. Frühstücks- und Abendessenszeiten sind nicht optimal. Frühstück könnte schon ab 07:00 Uhr und Abendessen könnte bis 21:00 Uhr gehen.
