Rewelacyjny hotel w rewelacyjnym miejscu. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania i obiady super. Bardzo miła obsługa, w szczególności kelner z Włoch(przesympatyczny)! Karta Joker daje mnóstwo możliwości, od darmowego transportu miejskiego do kolejek górskich. Idealny miejsce do aktywnego wypoczynku, blisko szlaków które prowadzą w piękne alpy gdzie nie ma ludzi co jest kolejnym argumentem żeby wybrać ten hotel. Gorąco polecam i napewno tam wróce.

Das freundliche Personal ist hervorzuheben, besonders der Service im Restaurant..

Im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster, allerdings die restliche Suite sehr, sehr schön.

Een zeer nette en rustige accommodatie met vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel.

De suite werd elke dag zeer goed schoongemaakt, was echt opvallend. Het ontbijt was goed, maar als je net iets later kwam dan waren b.v. het fruit of de eieren op. Het avond eten was afwisselend, maar regelmatig niet echt warm. Het hoofdgerecht was de ene keer uitstekend en op een ander moment matig. In dit hotel hadden wij een constante kwaliteit verwacht, dit was niet het geval. Heel jammer, want het heeft alles in huis waardoor je dit wel zou verwachten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, correct en beleefd.

Het diner wat vaak niet echt warm was en slechte aanvulling ontbijt wanneer er producten op waren. De soep was van de 10 dagen dat wij er waren maar 1x heet.

Spent 6 days with one year baby in the hotel end of July. Very nice location, many opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking nearby. Playroom for the baby in the hotel and many playgrounds close to hotel in the village and in the mountains with cable car access. Not simple playgrounds but like paradise for children. Cable cars are free to use thanks to jokercard. Jokercard has many other benefits, worth to check on internet or ask at reception they will help for sure. We were satisfied with every service of the hotel, all the staff we met were friendly. The staff really do their best, our baby would highlight his favourite italian waiter who always made him laugh. All the food served was outstanding thanks to the expertise of hungarian chefs in kitchen. We will definitely come back.

Rummet vi bodde i, stort och rymligt när man har två barn. God mat och fin frukost. Lugn och skön atmosfär.

Clean and modern rooms, great breakfast and exceptional dinner. The wellness area has a variety of sauna types and a wonderful relaxation room. Perfect for a skiing or hiking trip since the hotel is directly at the mountain next to a ski shop!

Ist etwas abgelegen vom Ortszentrum, aber direkt neben dem Hochalm Lift (nur Winter Betrieb) Im Restaurant war der Boden im Bereich des Buffets während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes ziemlich klebrig und schmierig.

die Lage ist sehr gut. der italienische Kellner und Barkeeper war super freundlich und hoch motiviert. immer bestrebt es allen recht zu machen.

das Bad war ziemlich klein. das Waschbecken viel zu groß für das kleine Bad! die Dame an der Rezeption konnte kaum deutsch und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie uns auch gar nicht verstehen wollte. die Angestellten konnten teilweise gar kein deutsch und hatten auch nicht wirklich Lust.

Great location. Great, but untrained staff. You don't get the value you would expect for the price.

Great food, nice ski in/ski out facility. We had a big 2-br apartment with great views and directly at the slope.

For the money paid - the value was low. The check in experience was poor, nobody helped us with the luggage (staff watched us schlepping it up) and the lady at the front desk spoke German only poorly. The apartment was cold and the repair/adjustment to fix the problem took almost an entire day. Couldn't they heat/check the apartment sooner? Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, but they seem to be untrained and not a cohesive team yet. None of them is Austrian, and their German was quite limited. This seems to be a common problem in the ski area. The location was great for skiing, the slopes are right next to it. But you are stuck in the resort if you don't want to take a car or the hotel shuttle; it's quite far from the center of town. Buying lift tickets at the hotel is a nice service, but our first day's ski ticket was dated wrongly and we were not told initially that we could return the old passes to redeem the deposit (recycling) fee (miss of the same untrained front desk staff). The bar is so so, the cocktails lack sophistication and don't meet international standards. The selection of liquor is very small (they only had Jim Beam to make an Old Fashioned), yet the price level is very high compared to the rest of the bars in the village.

The staff were really nice and helpful, the view from our balcony was fantastic och the Joker Card with free access to ski lifts (when hiking in summer) was excellent! The breakfast as well as the included dinners were great.

Fantastic location Great view

My sister's initial room, despite mountain view booked, had a view of the fire escape and car park. Hotel sorted it. Bad info from booking.com. Also website charged us twice for the same room. Customer service has been awful/useless. Will not use this site again unless sorted pronto but no sign of that!

delightful

location is good, truly ski in, ski out which isn’t very common. close to 2 nice ski lifts so really easy access to the whole valley. Dinner was exceptional, really made the visit!! Breakfast was also lovely. Spa facilities have 3 different saunas plus a relaxation area. parking is off site but they take your vehicle for you.

The beautiful room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and dinner was really good. Great location next to the ski slope. Service from the friendly staff was impeccable. Good wifi. Modern ski-room. You can park in front of the hotel to unload and they park for you.

The stairway to the skilift and the path to the slope were full of ice which made it very dangerous to use. It would be very nice if both were made free of ice so that guests could reach the slope safely.
